I will do:thumbsup2

I'm hoping to do 30-45 minutes every day now if my back holds up. I didnt do too many bending exercises as I could feel it twingeing, but I did what I could, and 45 minutes of something exercisey has gotta be better than nothing at all right:confused3

I did over 270 minutes since Saturday. It better pay off tomorrow or I quit! ;)

Hi Karen

I will try to get some before and after pics of the fluff ball :goodvibes:lmao:

Heather and AFEG -

You've both inspired me today..

I did 45 minutes on the wii fit today - thanks Heather:thumbsup2

and I've ordered wii fitness coach - thanks Chris:thumbsup2 - I've now lost 17 pounds already:rotfl:.....or should that be £17:rolleyes1

Loving it Karen. Rick and I are having a competition as to who can get to first place on the Step bonus. I'm first at the moment. Lost 2lbs last week. Don't think I've done so well this week, even though we done 30 mins each evening.

Just ate dinner

Sausages, mash, veg and onion gravy.... gotta love that onion gravy:thumbsup2

We are having leftovers tonight, I have to go have some more x-rays taken at 5:30 this evening.

A lady opened her refrigerator and saw a rabbit sitting on one of the shelves.
"What are you doing in there?" She asked.

The rabbit replied:

"This is a Westinghouse, isn't it?",
To which the lady replied "Yes."
"Well," the rabbit said,

"I'm westing."

Sorry... I couldn't stop myself.
Have a Wonderful Easter...

Hi everybody.

JEFFY--nice pics of Logan. He looks like a "big boy" with his medal.:cool2:

ROBIN--congrats on the degree. Can you tell me again what the degree is in?

CASS--Glad to see you posting again.:goodvibes

I returned a little while ago from my appt with the neurosurgeon. Even though my EEG was abnormal, everything is A.O.K. He says that because of the brain surgery, my EEG will always be abnormal. So I guess abnormal is normal for me--Tell me something I don't know. I can start cutting back on the anti-seizure meds, too. I will see him again in June after having an MRI done, then I think he will release me to a military neurologist for follow ups. So I feel great! The only news that was remotely negative was that there is a fairly high recurrence of this type of brain tumor, but I'm not too worried, because it is almost always benign and I'll be under a neurologist's care for many years to come, so we'll be able to catch a new tumor early.

Also, we went to see the cherry blossoms in DC. They were beautiful, but I'm afraid they are almost done. Last week would have been better. The best part of the day was when Rob found someone's lost wallet. He looked through it and called many numbers on business cards and scraps of paper, until finally I think someone called this man saying we were looking for him. He called us when we were on our way back to Quantico (sitting in I-95 traffic, really--ugh), so when we pulled in at the base, we stopped by the post office and mailed the wallet back to him. He lives in Maryland, so he should get it tomorrow. Needless to say, he was relieved and we felt so good to be able to do something good for a total stranger and have our kids witness it. We were as blessed as he was.:thumbsup2

So I'm celebrating with pizza!:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Y'all have a great night. I may check in later tonight.:)

Great news all around Paige!

You and Rob got some extra brownie points from the Man upstairs. :thumbsup2

Just stopping by to say hi.

DH actually went, he was in the outfield in the second row. He said he was scared- sitting in the middle of the Yankee fans, I hope he didin't have his Boston hat on!!! He was freezing, but I am glad he went.

He must have really enjoyed the experience - just being there is lots of fun I would think.

We have mowed a few times already!!

Aw, quit rubbing it in!!!!!!

Elaine just went to Weight Watchers a few minutes ago. Last week she lost 3.6 pounds. :goodvibes:thumbsup2

Good for her! Looks like there's a lot of us WW folks on this thread. I doubt our points calculators will go high enough to figure out cruise cuisine though!!!!

I have mowed ours twice and Tommy has been mowing the sports field for several weeks.

As I said to Joanne, aw quit rubbing it in!!!!!

Hey Dan--Hazel is a lifetime member of WW as well, she only has to be weighed-in once a month and doesn't have to attend any meetings as long as she stays under her goal weight, which she has for over four years now. In fact, Hazel is about 15 pounds below her goal weight.

That's where I am at except not that far blow goal. About 5 lbs right now & I really want to be lower. But trips to the DQ like we did last night will not get me there!

I haven't been back to the gym for about two weeks. I need to get back and least get some work in on the weight machines, but I just haven't felt up to it. :guilty:

Hazel received a call from my surgeon's office this morning, informing me that my surgery has to be changed from May 11th to May 26th. Hazel said there was some kind of scheduling conflict between my surgeon's office and the hospital. :confused3

Now you're getting closer to my sister's surgery on the 28th.

Oh my god!:scared1:

Just read on the Dibb that MK and MGM is shut due to capacity today:scared1:

Eek! - glad I'm not there this week! (although our friends are:rolleyes1)

And it's not even school vacation in Mass & ME - not sure about NH. Ours is coming up the week of the 20th which is Patriot's Day in Mass & ME.

Note to Andy, Chris, & Walt/Diane: Sadly the Red Sox will also not go undefeated. In fact now they've lost 2 in a row to Tampa Bay. Glad it's a long season!!

Have a good evening everyone. I'm off to water aerobics.

Good morning everyone

My first day off for Easter and its windy and rainy. Nothing much changes.

Jen - lovely cakes, so talented . Hope everything goes well with your son.
Heather - great flower arrangments, again so talented.
Jeff - your son is growing up fast.
:grouphug: to everyone who needs them, havent read back to far. Enjoy all the Easter eggs. Do any of the adults gets eggs or is it just the children.

I got some wonderful Cadbury eggs and they are YUMMY!

Congratulations to Robin on her degree, plenty of celebrating for you now.
Sean is part way through his so hopefully we will be partying soon:banana:

I've heard of a BIG graduation party happening in VA in his honor.:thumbsup2

I am just poking my head in really fast to say that hey. I have to leave in a few minutes to pick up Elaine and Samantha at Sam's first soccer practice. When we get home, it is back to cleaning! I just got done cleaning the kitchen. We had a Easter candy sale, and Elaine has been making a variety of chocolate treats. Needless to say there were little drizzles of chocolate everywhere.

It's all set now though! More cleaning when I get back.

Now you're getting closer to my sister's surgery on the 28th.

Your sister and I can be in agony together.....

I think I was in the hospital four days after my previous partial knee replacement back in 2001.
