Wow Joanne - We didn't have lines on Mariner at all. I think it must depend on when one goes. We never felt crowded on it either. We bought the soda card, so it seemed free once we paid - sunk cost. We had a blast on it.

We went the last week of may in 05, we bought the soda card too, we could never see the parade it was always too crowded, the adult pool is beautiful and they ahve better aerobic classes than DCL.

We did one RCI cruise, it was nice, but it wasn't Disney. I know, it's like comparing apples and oranges, but we are spoiled with the Disney touch.....:thumbsup2

Yes we are, but I would go again. Alaska some day.

Good night all,

Have to work h & R tomorrow.. Only three more weeks and tax time will be over.

The high school production of Beauty and the Beast tonight was totally outstanding, so much so that when Hazel was clapping at the end, her engagement ring went flying across the auditorium. Luckily, someone found it, and returned it to her. :goodvibes

OK, I'm off to bed, gotta get myself up early and back to the gym tomorrow morning. :rolleyes1

Night All.........:wave2:

We did the second week in June - left June 6 - in 2004 and it was 4 families from church all together. We got a group discount for having 8 cabins. 20 of us and all the kids had someone their age. It was wonderful! I find it odd that week would have been less crowded than the last one in May, but we really never had to wait for food and certainly didn't feel crowded. I'm with you - I could hang in their adult pool forever, but then sitting with Vince Papale and watching his movie on the jumbotron while he is sitting there telling us what parts of each scene were real and which were not or watching Ducky draw then give away his drawings is definitely a plus for DCL - at least the member cruises.

Well, tomorrow morning is a normal wake up time for us, so I'm heading to bed. I'll check in tomorrow afternoon. Night.
