Question of the Day:

Who would you like to see as a 'guest star' on the Disney Magic 10/24/-10/31?

My answer: Ellen Degeneress (That woman is flippin hilarious!) :lmao:

That would be a great show.....but I would love to see Donny Osmond too, or maybe the whole cast of one of the Broadway plays.
As for Chris' suggestion for Brangelina, would be great for the guys, but those 2 make me

Well, I need to limit my answer because there are so many that I'd like to meet. I'll cut it down to Disney owned venues.

Jim Belushi - He Cracks me up! -or-
Courtney Thorne-Smith - Hottie

If I was to venture a guess, Laura would like to see anyone from LOST she's hooked on that show.

No. We'd rather have Kira Knightly (sp?) if we're going that route. Dawg needs to come on and post THAT pirate pic of her. ::yes::

Yep, another hottie.

Angelina Jolie, while being a hottie, is a bit too wierd from me.

Well, off to the Doctor today. Yesterday I was cleaning up glass from a broken window and I sliced open my right 5th finger , acutally avulsed is a more proper term. I went to change the pressure bandage on it today and The thing started bleeding like I just injured it. Not good. I got a bleeder that I'll need either cauterized or tied off. I was putting it off becuase I'll need to have a digital block. I don't know if any of you have ever had a digital block or not but they are excruciating. I'm loading up on Vicodin before I go. (maybe a valium as well) So, I'll be sleeping it off when I return.

Way to go Emily:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Great job on your scrapbooking Timon. We are back and I have 81 pages to read. Wow!!!! We had a great time in Louisiana. Grandkids had fun. We went to Avery Island where Tabasco is made. Kids saw alligators in the swamps. What an experience. Just the smell of the tabasco sauce being made gave me acid reflux. ha ha. Went to Walter's brothers ranch the next day. Kids fed horses and rode four wheelers. Asiah picked upa whole garbage bag of huge pinecones. She is going to decorate them. They had a ball on the ranch. Wednesday we went to Baton Rouge to go to zoo. Kids enjoyed. Elijah petted a giraffe. It was a great zoo. On the way home say the capital and Elijah got to see LSU football field. He is a big football man. He was excited. Someday he wants to play college football. Hope and pray he gets his wishes. Yesterday we left and stopped in Houston for a history lesson. San Jacinto Monument and Battleship Texas. Kids were excited to ride on a ferry. It was a great trip. Kids don't like cajun food so they ate chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers from Macdonalds the entire week. They sure don't know what they are missing. Walt and I had chicken and sausage gumbo and pork jambalaya. Yummy. Maw Maw is the "bestest cook". Today is crocheting day. Walt is going on a bike ride. Kids are staying home with mom today. She took last day of vacation off. Diane

Sounds like a lovely time Di - photos?:flower3:

I AGREE!!!!!!!

As Karen would say, "Me likey that pirate!"

:rotfl: I'm glad its catching on:rotfl:

Belushi and Thorne-Smith were on already once before. They taped "According to Jim" on the ship once. I heard he was an excellent guest on the ship.

AFEG--if you're still here--These were taken last weekend. Emily's ROTC drill unit took 1st place in every event of the drill competition. (Inspection, color guard, drill with arms, drill without arms, and best platoon leader) this weekend they compete in their dress blues.

Sounds like tons of fun Di. Walt is really enjoying his newfound freedom isn't he? :cutie:

Add me to that list Becky. Blech! :crazy2:

I didn't know that. I'll have to watch for that episode.

Thanks to everyone for their well wishes. I've come back now. Very Sleepy! The bleeding has slowed down. But there wasn't much to do for it. This morning when I took the bandage off the blood was everywhere and I couldn't stop it. At the doctors office it was only slightly oozing. I got my tetanus booster which is what I really wanted.

Since Fingers don't numb very well with local anestetic, the physician will often perform what is called a digital block. it is an injection of lidocaine into the nerve plexus that leads to the finger. As a result you recieve usually two injections directly into the webspace on either side of the finger. VERY TENDER and painful. Luckily, I dodged the bullit. Since bleeding had slowed all that was needed was to cleanse and redress the wound. But the cleansing was enough to nearly make me pass out. They used hydrogen peroxide and it was pretty painful.
