After opening my blinds I see we have some light wind today. That is going to play havic on Mackenzie's allergies better drug her before we go. High is supposed to be 80. Nice day for us to work on tans.

We don't have a Wii but the people we house sit for do and they let us use it. We love Wii bowling except we have come close to breaking thier tv with the remotes flying out of our hands. And I still do the approach like it is real bowling so there have been a few times that I have almosted ran into their tv. :headache:

Mac let me sleep in this morning, well if her coming in to wake me for times in an hour counts, but I did just get up about 10 minutes ago. I have one more meal to cook and then Scott should be getting up so we can go.

:lmao: :lmao: I do the same thing Carrie. My kids are always laughing at me and trying to tell me that it isn't REAL bowling. :lmao:

if she brings that thing home with her, we're going to name it " shelter".
because thats where its going
.:rolleyes1

You're going to send that cute puppy to live with Big Red?????:confused3

Hmm, you know Jeff, you brought up a very good point about the cruise possibly being diverted

We should all prepare back-up plans for the Western just in case we do get diverted. When we cruised in 2005 and got diverted, I was so lost, I had no idea what to do because we planned on the Western itinerary not the Eastern! :scared:

This time I am doing some research on what we would do if we make it to the Western just in case :thumbsup2

I do not care where we go. My family was originally on the western cruise, and we changed itinerarys due to schooling conflicts. For me, it will just be days off of work to relax, and spend with my family.

Question of the Day:

What is your favorite port? New Cruisers: Which port are you most looking forward to?

My answer: Grand Cayman!!

My favorite port will have to be Port Canaveral. The only port I have been to, and that is just the outside. That will be the start of my alcoholic festivities. As we are driving down from Wisconsin, it will be a well needed serving.

Cass, how old will Kira be when we cruise?

I'm making shirts for sure!!!!! Hmmm...I'd wear my tiara too, but it may fall off my head! I'll be jumping up and down with excitement!

You are making shirts for everyone hey? Is that just in your family, or is that for all of youw Wisconsin friends also? We were going to ask mothergoose, as she is in our neighborhood, but since you posted, we will ask you first:)

Hi! Wanted to introduce myself...DH and I will be sailing with y'all on the 24th! We always take a week without our kiddos. Don't worry...they get two cruises with us between now and then! It will be about our 20th DCL!!!

Saw Timon on another thread and she recommended a visit over here! Look forward to getting to know you.

I know I am a little late, but just wanted to say welcome aboard.

I was just talking about you Chris. Nice to see you back. Now where's Lisa?:confused3

So mother goose, you were talking about me huh? No wonder my ears were ringing. The reason that I have not been on much was I am recovering from bronchitis/asthma attacks. It is also because even though the economy is tough right now, I have been fortunate to still be working fifty plus hours every week. People are still drinking their beverages, so my place of employment is still been steady enough to not do any layoffs or hour reduction. I am currently on a nineteen day stretch without a day off, but I did not want to tell my boss no, and get the boot. So I am just working it. My wife has also been getting forty plus hours each week, so we are fortunate. We finally went for our passports this past week. Whoever was debating between the card and book---go with the book. The card will not allow you to fly back in the uneventful event of an emergency from a different country. The lady told us it is a cheap investment in the case of an emergency. When we were all done my wife, daughter, son, and I went to lunch and my daughter says to me, " well dad, I guess we can not cancel the cruise now." It was priceless. I am off to work now. Hope everyone has a fine Sunday afternoon/evening. I will see how many pages I have to catch up with when I get home at about midnight.

if she brings that thing home with her, we're going to name it " shelter".
because thats where its going.:rolleyes1

I'm beginning wonder if you will still be celebrating 34 years of "wedded bliss" on the cruise or not :confused3 :rotfl2: :rotfl: I bet that Chris has done lots of counselling with his job ... maybe we could start a new thread for the three of you to "talk" :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I think that the puppy is pretty darn cute :cutie: Good luck Robin, I hope that you get to keep her:thumbsup2

Here is a pic of Charlie Boy and myself from yesterday.

Hi Andy! Cute picture!!! I love your shirt too. Where did you get it? My parents were just at WDW and they hunted all over for a Donald shirt (my Dad's name id Donald so he collects Donald Duck stuff) and there was nothing right now. They had to go to downtown disney to the place where you design your own shirt. Your pictures are all great! :donald:

Uh?:confused3 - what did we forget to pay for?:confused3

Maybe he was expecting a large tip??? :rotfl:

I skimmed back over what I missed.

Looks like we have someone new. When I'm able to, I will get your information for Page 1 if you want o post there. In the mean time, WELCOME.

Don't have time to comment on all the other stuff, but hope everyone is doing well. I hope to be home be 6:00 my time this evening, so I'll catch up then on today's postings.

:worship: Thanks for adding us to the page 1 info. We are really hoping Tianna doesn't have any more relapses before the cruise (or after for that matter). Friday was her last day of steroids so here's hoping everything goes well from here. Now it's just the ulcer pills for the next few weeks. We all want to go sooooo badly but are keepng it pretty low key this time with the kids just in case so they aren't so disappointed if we have to cancel again :goodvibes

Okay ... maybe not. Time to run and get some laundry done if I can convince my dh to help carry the hamper :laundy:

Hello everyone,

We're back from our long weekend to the south - South Portland Maine that is!! It was fun to spend time with our friends from VT & MA after a long cold winter. I helped them stimulate the Maine economy at many stores! Chris, thought of you yesterday when we went from the mall to Kohl's & took the back streets to avoid the turnpike. But we broke down & paid the buck to go back on it in the interests of time. We were staying at the Hampton Inn across from the mall.

Don't think I'll try to catch up on all I missed here since it's been so long.....

Nancy

Hey Nancy - I am glad you and Dan had a good time. I bet there was lots of laughter. Any pictures??

HI ALL

Nancy and I made it back from our long weekend with our summer friends.
We shopped and ate to much. All in All we had great time and we will see them all in July at York Beach.
