O.K., now I really have to get ready for work. Have to get DS out the door to school in 10 minutes. Hope I make it.

Welcome back to the real world.

We are told to come in August because of Football and touring the castle. So I guess August it is. We are planning on spending about 5 days in London.:thumbsup2 Oh, and thanks on the congrats. I still have a few more I want to lose before my cruise in May.

Let us know your dates and we can head down to London to meet up.:thumbsup2

I'm not feeling the best. We have a few concerns that the doctor needs to look at today.

Good luck for your results Nancypixiedust:

Is it something like this???

A dosimetrist is a member of a radiation oncology team who specializes in the operation of radiation equipments (ie. linear accelerator) and calculations of dosages in cooperation with oncologists. According to the AAMD (American Association of Medical Dosimetrists), the Medical Dosimetrist is a member of the radiation oncology team who has knowledge of the overall characteristics and clinical relevance of radiation oncology treatment machines and equipment, is cognizant of procedures commonly used in brachytherapy and has the education and expertise necessary to generate radiation dose distributions and dose calculations in collaboration with the medical physicist and radiation oncologist.

Wow!

I'm praying that when I get my results in 8 more days that things really did go well. :thumbsup2

I should be able to find a good 30-40 to put in groups to post. Hope that isn't too many.

40 is not enough:goodvibes

I posted this on the other thread, but I want to re-post it in case Mel is lurking....

Good morning everyone. I woke up this morning with Mel on my mind.

Mel, are you around here somewhere? I am wondering if your brother is still deployed? I had an appointment at Walter Reed Army Hospital yesterday, and as I walked in the door, the sights I saw reminded me that even as my life goes on and on, there are men and women who have their (family) life on hold and are fighting in a war. So, if you're reading this, Mel, please know that your brother, and all other deployed service members (UK & other countries, too) are in my prayers......

Sorry to be a little sappy this morning, y'all, but yesterday was an eye-opener for me......

Y'all have a great day!

:grouphug:

Good afternoon folks.

Not much going on here today. Even my hair appointment was cancelled as their staff couldnt get to work:rolleyes:

We're making double choc chip cookies in a while::yes::

Do you think they're trying to tell us something!?!:rotfl: :rotfl:

They were probably planning a surprise party for us......:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao:

Oh the joys of reality.:rotfl2:

Yeah, didn't help when the flight attendent came on yesterday and said we were on the flight back to reality (meaning the temps were single digits). :sad2:

Now the double whammy of being back at work. Haven't even gone upstairs yet to the main office. Boss' vehicle isn't here, so don't have to get bombarded with that either. :thumbsup2

Ummm....July 4th? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That would be cool though if you could make it up. I'll PM you when we get a little closer and when we know it is a definite go (which it should be). :cool1:

I hope so....we had a great time last year!!!

Yes, but it also mentioned that some of the programs only accept 15 people!

You're welcome to them, but they might be a bit cold by the time your plane lands:goodvibes

No problem. Paige is bringing the Louisiana coffee to dip them in!

Hey, it's no biggie. There are some days that I am dissing all day it seems and some days that I can't even get to my email.....

You can make it up to us by posting a few more pics....:flower3:

Southwest has prettier Flight Attendants :thumbsup2

Walt :cool1:

Oh, we had the "experienced" crew on our United flight yesterday. The ORD-CUN-ORD route must one of the preferred ones for the seniority members. Figure, they're flying down with people going to a great vacation spot and coming back with people who had a nice break from the cold. Can't ask for better clients.

I do have to say the service on United was really good. Better than any airline we've been on in the past few years. Will definitely fly them again (this was our first flight with them).

I am actually home sick today with a sore throat and a fever, so I'm DISing because it makes me feel better. :flower3:

I did actually finish the 1st section of my trip report today, which does have pictures, but of Disney (haven't gotten to that part yet). http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2042077

The King Cake recipe looks fabulous! It looks like something nice to make for the office for Fat Tuesday (is that OK?) Just one question - where to you get the baby to bake into the cake? Does Michaels have stuff like that?

Boy am I glad to hear that! We are flying to Hawaii, in first class, on United in September, to celebrate my parent's 55 wedding anniversary. They had the cheapest fare and the best planes (777 from O'Hare to Honolulu) so we went with them. But I haven't flown with them for a long time, so I feel much better now.
