When Hazel just heard the horn she said to me, "I guess you wish we were still going on the cruise in October, huh?" To which I replied, "Yep, I sure do" all the while, I was laughing under my breath!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That's great. I love keeping secrets like that!

I was just reading on the main cruise forum board that Tom McAlpin is leaving DCL.

Looks like we just had a Chris and Andy page to ourselves!!!

Gotta go for a little bit, Brian just arrived, don't want to sit here on the laptop while he is waiting for Lina to finish getting ready. I think they are going to the movies tonight, hardly ever see "the kid" anymore......:lmao:

You're a good host Andy. Talk to you later.

Time to sign off and get ready for bed.

Hazel is killing me tonight, I told her about the September 2010 14 day repo cruise, and she said, "That would be a nice retirement gift for yourself since we're not going on the October cruise this year."

I've got to go to bed before I explode...........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Good Night All........:wave2:

Just got back from seeing "Shopaholic". I won't spoil it for anyone (in case you want to see it) but it wasn't the movie that I was expectating.

Have a great night everyone :)

OK, I'm running behind schedule this morning. but I wanted to get Hazel's Valentine's Day card printed off while she was still asleep. Below is a copy of the card. The pic on the top is the front of the card, and the pic below that is the inside of the card. I think Hazel will be quite pleased and surprised when she reads the card tomorrow!!! :thumbsup2

I haven't decided if I am going to give her the card before we go to Red Lobster for dinner, or give it to her after dinner while we are still at Red Lobster, what do you think?

LOVE IT. Di:cheer2:  :cheer2:

Geeeez Robin, you scared the he11 out of me!!! :scared1: OK....then I laughed, a little. :cutie:

Thanks Mimi, it looks a lot better today already. Gotta love those great antibiotics!:goodvibes

I've been for those tests before and are repeating them next Friday. But holy cow Mimi, :scared1: I can't imagine how irritating that was for you that day. I didn't react to that many, maybe only half. I also went through treatment for about 3 years but never felt any different so I quit.

She'll love it Andy. No video for us this time though? Just set the camera up somewhere and let it run. :thumbsup2

Poor little guy.

Ooooh Steve, you had me a tad bit nervous there buddy. :rotfl2:

I had the same reaction Karen. Those two are made for each other aren't they.

Good thing you'll get a little help in paying for that window. And an equally good lesson for the kids involved. :thumbsup2

Hmmmmm, how about lots of pictures they can give to you to post for us? :rotfl2:

OK seriously, have them stop to pick up a "My First Visit" button. I also heard of some people starting at the back of the park and moving forward to the entrance. I guess it's less busy that way but also probably a big tie up when they all meet in the middle.

Eh, go the picture route instead. We'll all appreciate it. :rotfl2:

Give it to her at home Andy. It's more personal that way. :lovestruc You may not get the reaction you're hoping for at a public place. Nice job on the card though. :thumbsup2

DITTO from MG!! Have a great time Paige!

Robin scared the heck out of me too. Bad Robin. Mike rubbed off of you for a minute.

I had allergy test a few years ago. They did not know why I had a cough for 6 months. I found out I had acid reflux and allergies. I was allergic to alot too. I did not know I was. They did the pin needle test and I swelled up quite abit. I am on Allegra daily. It helps very much.

yes, I hope Paige has a good time in NYC with her friends.

Di

Mimi, Wow, that's a lot of allergies :scared1: You poor thing  I have environmental allergies..dust...mold...dander...anything with a fragrance. It's a huge pain as I have to have a pocket full of kleenex wherever I go. I think I spend a quarter of my life blowing my nose  :rotfl2:

Karen, Glad to hear the boys are owning up to it :thumbsup2 Sounds like a great teacher too! :goodvibes The biggest tip I would give is to ALWAYS go left...ride lines, food lines, most people go right...it's amazing what happens when you go left :thumbsup2

Nancy, great question...I would like to be a member of the Dream Team in Magic Kingdom, giving away prizes all day long :cloud9:

Paige, Have a great time in NYC!! :woohoo:

Walt and I always go left at all amusement parks. It works everytime for us. Di

I did about 6 loads of laundry, cleaned the house, cleaned the stove thoroughly, sent a few emails, went out to lunch with my wife, and I can't think of anything else, but I am sure there is more.

Battlestar Galactica is on in 3 hours. Hoping we can enjoy this holiday weekend, and that we have good weather.

Wow you sure were a busy beaver. Now it is time to relax. Di

This bear caught my eye this year:

I guessed correctly - Wendy:goodvibes

Karen--a cousin of mine, who lives in Florida, gave me this tip on our first visit to Magic Kingdom. He told us when we go into the park to start to the left. That's what we do each trip, which is better for us, since two of our favorite rides, The Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Carribean are on that side of the park.

Thanks Andy - I told her to go to Space Mountain first getting a fast pass for Buzz enroute, then go back and go left after that..do you think that'll be ok?
She's going the week before easter and Easter week, so I thought she'd need to get Space done quickly.

Karen, Glad to hear the boys are owning up to it :thumbsup2 Sounds like a great teacher too! :goodvibes

We got their apology letters yesterday - they were quite sweet actually:cutie: ... they had all forfeited their pocket money o help pay the costs:cutie:

A result. At least they owned up.

I agree, the head handled it very well.

Don't try and do everything.

I went through ride by ride with her and told her my honest opinions gradig them "must do's", "try to do" and "only do if you get everything else done"!!

I enjoyed a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and it was GOOOOOOOD.

This was something I discovered at christmas... up til then I had never even anted to try it, but they accidently gave Neil two instead of the one he ordered.. he told the man who served him but he just said "enjoy!", so I tried it.... oh my god! - it was delicious! - I had 3 more that week:rotfl:

Don't get too upset. My child like that will graduate in August with an accoutning degree and has applied to law school. Somehow they make it through.

I hope so Leisha, and thanks for the support and advice. He's a real bright kid and its frustarting for both the teachers and myself that he just does the bare minimum unless he enjoys the subject. I'm guessing he'll veer towards engineering like his Daddy and Grandad. He loves taking stuff apart and seeing how stuff works.

Well, my "chat" yesterday went on much longer than anticipated!:rotfl2: She came at 3.45 and left at 6pm:rotfl2:

Bless her - sh'es hardly done any planning at all. All she'd done was decide which park on which day, so I basically had to go through everything with her...

Popular rides, ADR's, rope drop, photopass, fast pass, etc etc

She hadnt even reserved her seat on the plane:eek:

I hope I've helped her, but I fear I may have overloaded her with "All things Disney":lmao:

I actually had to rein myself in or I'd have still been talking til midnight:rotfl2:
