I had a long day of meetings after meetings. I am DISing for a little bit before my next meeting at 5:00. That is the last one for the day, and I will be thankful to head home after a LONG day.

Sorry to hear that Karen!!! We used to live next to a school, well about 2 blocks away and during the 3 years we were there, we were vandalized 4 times and almost set on fire once!

Thanks Cass... I'm ok now. Neils home (at last) so he's seen to Ellis tonight so I've had a nap and watched tv. He contacted the school head and she's agreed to pay the excess (I know her well due to all the school stuff I do, so she may have felt obliged )

Oh no...that must've been one hell of a stone.

Funnily enough it wasnt - no bigger than 4 centimetres, but it was very jagged and "pointy" (technical term ) - it must have just hit it right . We've had a man out tonight who's stuck a clear film over the shattered glass to keep it safe and the assessor is coming out on Friday- god knows how long after that til the glass is replaced, but

The snow cleared by the weekend.

Not everywhere Heather - we still have lots in places. Most areas are clear but the kids still had enough to throw snowballs today.

I can't believe you got it!!! The title of this particular work of art is :

'Mickey Barfs' (because he ate a bunch of food that was touching)​

If you don't like the picture, you can always eat all the M&Ms, in their proper color order (so you won't barf). We'd need to get that list from Lori.

Just got home from school to find my patio window has been smashed - its a BIG pane of glass. .. $200 exceess on our insurance policy .. I think it was one of the kids from the school as it looks like a stone has hit it from over the fence

I've had enough.. if the opcean was closer I'd do a "Reggie Perrin" and disappear

pffffffft to all stone throwing brats!

I'm sorry Karen. At least noone was home to get cut or scared to death!

Anyone feeling inspired, please say a prayer or send good wishes the way of my Competition Cheerleading team. We have State this weekend, and we have several sick. It happens, but it is this team's first time, and I want them to be able to give their best. Thanks!
