well that makes my valentines day gift for robin look kind of lame.:sad2:

i was going to give her a smoocher as a present.:flower3: :love2:

I might get a few smoochers myself with this surprise!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I get a freepass on Valentine's Day. It's DD's birthday, so when she was born, Elaine and I agreed it was all about her. Although, Elaine is starting to drop hints that she wants that agreement lifted. :rotfl2:

That's a woman for you.......:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Andy, it's good to have you back on board with us.:thumbsup2 I bet Hazel will be thrilled.::yes::

Thanks Lori!!! ;)

Hazel has been asking me for the past couple of weeks if DCL had any specials on cruises. You don't know how hard it has been to keep quiet about this......:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Evening everyone,

I am chilling and doing some laundry before the weekend. I am hoping for a day trip out to the mountains on sunday :thumbsup2 I need my mountain fix..lol

anyone have big plans this weekend??

and welcome to the boat Andy :)

Thanks!!! No big plans for this weekend, at least none that I know of.

Although I am soooooooo happy for Andy and Hazel, there is just no way it's going to happen. Got notice today that I will be going from 12 mo to 11 mo which is an 8% paycut, but will also looking at the district implementing another 8% paycut and maybe some layoffs, just waiting to see what the state budget says. Unfortunately I have to sit and stew until May 1 to find out if I will have a job come July.
Good news is Sean is taking his Sgt test on March 7th (his 40th birthday), part 1 of 3 parts. If he passes all of that he could be a Sgt by this time next year. Trying to see the glass half full.;)

This is for Sean taking his SGT's test........pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

Hey dawg,
I'm watching the Principals Office (like I don't already live it everyday:confused3 ). Anyhoo, this one school has a policy that the boys cannot have facial hair. So this kid is in the principals office and the principal tells him he has to shave. The kids says "What if I cut myself". The principal says "I'm gonna tell you something CHICKS DIG SCARS":rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Have a happy Friday everyone. I only have to work 1/2 day because Alex has an eye appointment. Keep your fingers crossed for no glasses!

Hello again, another question from the DCL newbie.....what do you think the best way is for us (2 adults) to get to the port from the airport? We may be staying in Orlando a few days before the cruise, but we would be returning the car to the airport anyway bc we'd be using a free rental from National which I don't think is near the port? Is it worth it to spend a few extra dollars on a private car over the DCL bus transfer? Or any other suggestions?

We usually just rent a car from Budget and drop it off Saturday morning than take the Radisson shuttle to the port. The Budget office is within walking distance to the Radisson.

Budget offers free shuttles to the port, as does Avis, which is about a mile farther south than the Budget office on A1A.

Thanks Lori!!! ;)

I love surprises. Scott isn't very good about keeping them but I am.:thumbsup2 Way to go Andy!!!!
