Good morning everyone...

It's cold here as well. It was 11 when I woke up. I started the car early so that when I take the kids to the bus stop, it should be nice and toasty.

After that I will be heading to the gym. I need to get myself into shape!

It is 46 degrees here today in San Antonio. Weather Channel says it feels like 40 degrees. That will be chilly for me today. It should warm up this afternoon. I hope.!! I am heading to Massachusetts on Friday. Then I will know what cold really is. My mother said Thursday is suppose to be the coldest day of the year so far. Maybe alittle snow. I am glad I am leaving on Friday. I will fly in to Providence. Di

Not doing so good today with the steps... only done 5000 so far. The school run will add another 1000, so I'm still 2000 down on my target for today.

Well, I got 8102 steps in today and did well with my food. I only had 1 teeny slice of cake when I visited my friend this evening - she wouldnt take no for an answer so I'll call today a success .

Chris is right - Friday is supposed to be very very cold! How long will you be in Mass.? Like you said bring plenty of warm clothes - layers work well.
