I'm still at a standstill. I need to get motivated again also. Consider this your kick in the butt. And please feel free to kick me back!:thumbsup2

Consider it done. We'll have to keep each other motivated. Think about it. We don't have that many more months before the Bob Cruise. :scared1:

I have to say I felt a lot better when I was excercising. :dance3: I just feel lazy now. ;)

Yeah, I have been eating worse than usual and I just don't feel as energized. Consider me back on track! After I finish the cookies I just made. Just joking, I'll give them all the Scott.:thumbsup2

Lori,

You still out there?

Question for you. What was the excursion you went on the last time you went to St. Maarten? I thought you went on a catamaran to a private beach/island.

Was it the Golden Eagle Catamaran? Just wondering since it looks like that one changed on DCL's site from what was listed in my last Passporter.

Luckily DS wasn't with you. That would have scared my kids to death.

He was upset the way it was and he wasn't even there. He was even upset that the car was wrecked. I think he would have freaked if he was in the car with me.

Nancy emailed me and asked me that. I haven't had a chance to go back and look but I am pretty sure that is it. I will check my excursion list from then and let you know. I will look for the pics now.

Good evening everyone. Me and DS are sitting here watching POTC on ABC.

The thread has been quite lively tonight. I had to take a few minutes to catch up a bit.

Mike did all of our baking this year. I had to work and he was off, so he got the job. We have a ton of cookies left. I may have to take them to work to get rid of them.
They'll love me for that. :rotfl2:

WOW! Now I know why we decide to live in Virginia!

And I still don't know why I stay here. :sad2:

Last year, the heavy snow didn't come until Feb and March. We did a total of 100" last year. Our record is 108". If those two months are anything like last year, we will blow that record away.

Granted we're not in Buffalo or upstate NY, or even in western MI where they get much more, but when you start breaking your snow fall records, it gets to be too much snow.

Well, just got a phone call from The Windsor House (nursing home). Must be time for some more abuse.

Mom calls me about 3 times a week to yell at me. (Another sundowner...darn alzheimers!)

Catch everyone later.

Nite.

Jeff...glad to hear you're ok. There's nothing worse than the sound of a car accident. :headache:

It is amazing how loud it is when the metal crumbles. Even at a slow speed.

I must have hit at the right angle because neither the front nor side airbags deployed. The sides must not go unless your "t-boned".

Mine would have been the same way. I bet he was also worried about you. I can't find those pics on my computer right now. I will have to find the CD and download them. I'll try to do that tomorrow.

Evening Chris. Is everything starting to settle down for you?

If it is that, DCL has now changed it on their site and only goes over to the French side. Kinda a let down.

Here's the description on DCL's site:

Golden Eagle Catamaran
Sail the ocean blue aboard an exciting catamaran and soak up the sun-kissed sights as you make your way to the scenic splendor of the French side of St. Maarten. Upon anchoring approximately 50 feet offshore, dive in for a swim and snorkeling adventure or retreat to the beach for a relaxing hour and a half of sun and sand.

Port of Call: St. Maarten Activity Type: Water Sports Activity Level: Moderate Duration: 4 hours Price: Adult: $82 (ages 10 and up)
Child: $46 (ages 5-9) Ages: 5 And Up Additional Information Please be aware that St. Maarten's beaches are similar to those found in European countries, where swimwear and other attire are optional. Nudity or topless bathing may be observed.
Snorkeling equipment and instruction are provided.
Snorkeling is from the catamaran.
Guests can swim to the beach which is located approximately 50 feet away.

On their site, they show a hotel right next to the beach. I don't remember any hotels in your pics.

And here's a  in case you need it tonight. Nite Robin

Speaking of leaving WI.....are you all planning a trip to DC this spring? We would love to see you guys.

We went over to a private island. Nothing there.

We will be there April 30 - May 4. If you want to come up (or is it over) that weekend, that would be great. Not sure if Paige and crew are coming up, but I hope so. We could have a nice little DIS meet in DC. :thumbsup2

Looking to get somewhere warm however before then.
