WOWSA! Glad you're ok!!! :goodvibes

It was really kinda in slow motion. I don't think I was going more than 10 mph (sliding) into the corner of the dump truck. I could just see it coming slowly at me, then POW. Then after the impact, the window shattered and glass was everywhere.

I didn't think I was that close to the semi though. I must have been trying to get around the dump truck and in front of the semi. Good thing the dump truck slowed me now. Barely hit the semi's wheel, but it was enough to rip the heck out of my quarter panel. :headache:

Windy as He** here. We actually saw the sun today. :woohoo: :rotfl2:

I actually was told I only had 3 more classes to go, but I got a phone call from Ashford University saying I am still shy 8 credit hours. That just took the wind out of my sails. :sad1:

I haven't called them back yet... I'm trying to cool down. I was suppose to graduate April 9th.

It may be june now.

It was nice here today. Finally no rain.
That stinks about the extra hours needed. Oh well, that's only 6 months!!

They are very accelerated classes. 15 week course in 5 weeks. You take one class at a time. It's continuous unitl you are finished. Boy am I a glutton for punishment.

Geez, when was this? Did you get hurt at all? Sounds nasty. Car totaled?

That does sound like punishment! Lots of reading I bet. But it will be worth it I'm sure in the end.:thumbsup2

It is really windy here too. It picked up late this morning, but now is really whipping.

We're due for snow tomorrow, 1"-2". We're heading to Green Bay though to see Grandma and they are expecting 2"-4". We'll be heading out early to get to the hotel and just hunker down. Luckily, it is a new hotel right across the street from the retirement community.

How much snow have you all gotten this year? I'm waiting for a good snow!

Oh I know only too well how frustrating that can be! I finished my MEd. last November and started when I was way too old, but the lesson there is if I can do it, so can you! Just keep at it! Finish strongly!!!! You CAN do this!!!!

Robin, how's Sully? Have you had time for him lately?;)

I have been so bad...(Not with Sully, Darn it!):lmao:

I've had a hard time getting motivated. I've been doing terrible on WW and I think I've gained 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. :scared1:

But I'm going to get back in to it...:goodvibes

How about you? You were kicking butt!!:thumbsup2

I'm trying to backtrack and look through all the kid pics posted....love them all! I love seeing the Christmas pictures...everyone's decorations and clothes are so pretty! :)

Here are a couple of our's that I just scanned today...

One of our Christmas Card and the other of their photo with Santa:

It was on the 23rd. I was going to get DS from school (early release). I was half way there when it happened.

No injuries to me what so ever.

Car should be below the "totaled" limit. Repairs are just under $6,000 right now. It would have to surpass $7,000-$7,500 for them to total it. I have found the car I want if it does get totaled.

I was on the Dean's list last semester... I just have to keep motivated. :teacher:

I think we're over 40" now. We had 34"+ in December and I think we had 6"-7" in November. We got another snow fall on Sunday, but less than an inch. It all melted (well, almost all) on Saturday when it got into the 50's.

Robin - what kind of degree are you working on? I know you can do it - even with the accelerated classes. Mine were like that too - rough.... but it WILL be worth it.

Dean's List - way to go!!!!!

I have a computer degree already. I'm going for a degree in Organizational Management with concentration in Human Resources.

I'm also working on becoming a Super User in SAP at work... Working toward an SL1 or SL2.

I'm still at a standstill. I need to get motivated again also. Consider this your kick in the butt. And please feel free to kick me back!:thumbsup2

Luckily DS wasn't with you. That would have scared my kids to death.

WOW! Now I know why we decide to live in Virginia!
