So is Roger oh his new big TV!

Joanne did you get your 5X Disney Reward Dollars on Rogers TV?
Since I told you about it the other day Nancy called and certain things don't count. Example she asked about food shopping in a Super Wal-Mart which we have here in Brunswick and it does count.
So from now until March the Disney Rewards Card will be used for everything.
Think about it 5x on Disney Dollars until March.
Boy OH Boy will we have some fun on the Boat:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Hello everybody
Did you all have a wonderful Christmas?
Ours was very nice.

I wonder, did Robin get her puppy for Christmas?

:lmao: :rotfl:

Hi guys! My bestest friends! Hope you all had a great Christmas. Walt is golfing and I am stuck at home because Erika my youngest daughter has my car. boo hoo. I could call and she could come pick me up and bring me to Kristen's house. I guess after my shower I will call. Diane

Hello everyone! :goodvibes

Hope you all had a lovely holiday and enjoyed time well spent with those who are near and dear to you.

Jay and I gave ourselves a pretty amazing Christmas giftie ... but it also required that we give something up.

Soooooo .... we were quoted an amazing price for the 2010 September repo cruise that sails from Barcelona to Port Canaveral (this amazing price included airfare ... wow!). Anyway we've always wanted a chance to try a more unique cruise and dip our feet into something on the other side of the Atlantic. So we canceled this cruise and booked the transatlantic instead - we just couldn't pass it up.

I know some of you will probably shake your fists at us since we canceled the 2007 cruise (but that one was out of my hands ... stupid foundation), but this other cruise is an opportunity we might not see again.

There may still be a possibilty that we could use our DVC to take this cruise, but I don't think Jay really wants to do that. So, please remove Bendy and her Bubba from the passenger list and add us to the "friends" list (if you'll still have us, that is).

More likely than not we'll be at WDW the week leading up to your cruise departure, and we would be tickled to meet with any of you who might be so inclined. We're really harmless ... unless there's food on the table. ;)

Best wishes to you all for a happy, healthy, joy-filled new year and a terrific cruise. :grouphug:

Another cruise casualty. I guess with the board being so active so far in advance, there were bound to be significant changes in the folks cruising. I need to check the BOB site and see who is still going.

The repo cruise sounds great though. We would be interested in one of those too, except the dates won't work for our kids' school. I would love to have more time to just enjoy the ship. I always feel that I am rushing from one thing to the next because the cruise is so short.

The October cruise will be the last time we take our kids out of school for a vacation. It will be too difficult as they get into middle school and high school.

Sorry to see you guys go.

I am very sad to know you will not be cruising with us, (You will be cruising with Annette and Amanda though) but I feel certain this is a great decision for the two of you! I would love to enjoy a repo or transatlantic for maybe our 20th unless we should go to Hawaii (since I have been to Europe and not to Hawaii). I will look forward to future food reviews from that cruise as well as your pictures!

I am sorry to see you go Brenda :sad1: I have sadly removed your names from the BOBer list :guilty:

But I am sure you will have a fantabulous time on your repo cruise :thumbsup2

Geez...Bobers are dropping like flies :scared1:

So while Rob was playing his new PS3 game last night, I decided to figure out what we will be doing at the ports :thumbsup2

Our choices are rather limited since Kira will be almost 3.

I wanted to go to Trunk Bay when we go to St Thomas but after figuring out the costs and the time to travel there and back, I think it would be better to stick closer to the ship. I`ve narrowed it down to a few choices but I am leaning towards going to Emerald Beach. It has a nice resort there and it`s not busy. We just want a not-so crowded beach for Kira to play on for a few hours.

And in St. Maarten, I think we will head to Divi Little Bay. Same deal, close to ship, not so crowded, little resort with bathroom facilities and a nice little beach. And if I am feeling adventurous, I may make a Spa appointment there :thumbsup2 I`m not a spa girl but they have a nice Pedi-Spa treatment with a leg and foot rub that I might try :cloud9:

So, who else knows what they will be doing in port ?

Sorry to see more people go :worried:

As for port stops.. i have been spending my time looking up everything available at each stop and listing them with cost and then when I can finally get everyone in one room we will go through the list and decide what we really want to do :) with any luck we will be happy with our choices. :cool1:

We still haven't decided if we are going down early or staying longer after the cruise.. so hard when my daughter is in grade 10 and will be missing school for this trip. I know Sean and I will be on many more trips.. but as for my kids who knows when they will have the chance to go again so I want to make it as fun as I can for them :goodvibes

Keep in mind that the week after the cruise is Jersey week :scared1: and that a good percentage of people tend to get sick on or just after a cruise. :rolleyes1 I learned that the hard way :scared:

yes this is true...hmm now that christmas is done i can get everyone involved with deciding things now..lol
I looked at flights yesterday for tampa and almost cried.. went from 321 to 543.. I will wait and hope..lol

Yes, I saw that! No worries, I am sure it will come down :thumbsup2 If I remember correctly, it's jumped around Christmas almost every year.

I think we are staying close as well. I just asked my dad what the name of the beach that he was thinking we would go and he thinks it is Little Divi Bay. He says it is a great place to ride jet skis as there is a large bay there. That is what we are planning to do at our first port.
