So just popping in and saying Hi this AM.
My shopping is almost done, but I'm so WAY over budget I could almost have booked the cruise for what I've charged this past month
Cards are written.
Tree has been up for 2 weeks but still not decorated.
No cookies have been baked-doing some today
No presents have been wrapped-doing that today also.
Snow keeps falling and having to go out and shovel again with my bad back,although my son is home and helping me.
Work has been bad, mostly due to problems with co-workers who were making up their own overtime (and I'm on the list and not being asked) and then when I made a stink about it they now are harrasing me at work
So work is rather unpleasant now and also very busy.
I'm just feeling so overspent, overwhelmed... you name it, I'm not getting this
Christmas thing at all, but trying to get through it.
Not to mention since Bob switched jobs in the Postal Service he's now at the bottom of the list again and has to work Christmas and New Year's eve too.
So, that's why I'm not on so much. But am trying to catch up.

so yesterday michael, dw and lids came over for a birhday visit.
addison likes to go up into the loft/bedroom and yell down at mom and dad and momma so i took her up there. we were laying on the bed playing with cassies plush 3ft tigger and carebear. i held her while she looked over the edge.
courtney was sitting at counter just below.(the setup was perfect)
so i said "be carefull addison, dont jump or you'll fall over"
then i threw the 3ft carebear plush over the ledge and it landed right in front of courtney.
i thought that poor girl was going to have a heart attack. she thought it was addison
i may be getting a lump of coal from her this christmas.

I, being the last to arrive, due to unforeseen circumstances let's just say HERTZ truly lived up to their name today, perhaps they should just change their name to PAINFUL so it's even more descriptive, was greeted by Mimi and Karen wildly waving their arms to get my somewhat distracted attention. (whew, talk about a run on sentence!) I also was met by Cheryl and her daughter Rachel and was informed that the men were holding down a table for us. Inside was TikiMack, Al and Neil & Ellis, who is just cute as a little button. Mimi asked Ellis what was he was looking forward to most on the cruise and he said playing with Logan! Mimi made us little tree ornaments with the BASH logo on them and Karen brought Christmas cards for all. My contribution was Godiva chocolate Santas, which Ellis seemed to really enjoy. Many pictures were taken, unfortunately, none by me, since I was lucky just to get myself there, much less the camera. So you will have to wait until someone else posts! Mimi managed to track down an adorable French CM ooo la la! who told us we had to say 'fromage' instead of 'cheese' since we were in France I just hope he waited until we got to the end of the word and not when we were all saying 'fro' because that would look pretty silly. However, that should be soon, since we are all afraid on getting on Nancy's bad side
Unfortunately, Paige & Mel and their families were not able to make it.

Poor Courtney. At least she can knock one person off of her Christmas list now. You better hope she doesn't change Brady's middle name too!

We both loved the THX one, sounds silly but the THX clips hold a special memory for us. Our dog Tzar (passed away when he was 10 in 2006) used to bark at EVERY single THX clip. He only ever barked at 3 things in his entire life: lightning, door bells and the THX clip.
