Well, the p.c. has finally beat me - I give up. I have been on a remote chat for 3 and a half hours and got absolutely nowhere. We've even stumped their technical support.

All he ended up doing after trying everything else is immobilising the advance protection - I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I HATE COMPUTERS

I now have to wait 24 hours and try an update ... yeah right - he just said that to get me offline . He knows damn well it wont make the slightest difference

So thats it... I'm beat... calling any and all viruses - help yourselves - its all yours, feel free to take the lot... I'll even throw in the mouse mat

Too funny - I'd love pancakes right now though I think we are going for steak. I'm sure I'll be in the mood for it then. I used to fix pancakes for my kids on their birthdays - they would always spell out Happy Birthday (kid's name).
