Sorry I missed you. School Run:rolleyes:

We miss you too. Pop on here more often:thumbsup2

You're welcome to our fajitas any time:goodvibes

It has been one crazy past year. We are finally getting caught up with everything, so we are hoping to pop in more often.

When Ds went to Austrailia this summer. he took some peanut butter with him to save some $$ and they took it at the terminal.

See, I'd rather not do ToT at all then try to explain to my DS why the customs official is taking away his candy....

I just don't know how they would see it since they could say you're technically bringing it in from a foreign country (even though you're not)....

I gave him a ride home from school yesterday. He only spoke when I spoke first....good move, kid. He seems to be a nice boy. He has a job after school, so he made "brownie points" with me. The one thing I can't get used to is the fact that the kids are allowed to hold hands at school. I hate that. IMO, there should be no PDA's at school....that's for a date to the movies or the bowling alley, etc, not school or church. Emily said, "You and Daddy hold hands in church." I told her to get married and then she can hold hands in church.:rotfl:

O.K., I'm just not catching on. What is PDA in this context?

edited: I think I figured it out - Public Display of Affection.

Phew! - just finished a load of school PTA stuff. My heads spinning. :headache:

Nothing now til Friday then the christmas fair and discos will be rolling round soon too.

Easy dinner tonight - jacket potaoes with garlic chicken. Couldnt be bothered to prep anything so I went with an easy option:rolleyes1

Hi Karen. How are you doing?

Sorry! - back now. Just sorting dinner.

I'm ok. Neil got my car fixed last night. Dead battery. Unfortunately now the stereo is broken (because we had to disconnect the battery) so thats another $200 for a new one:sad2:
