Good morning. I've just been swamped at work lately. I am very hopeful that I'll be able to spend more time here after the first of the year. I even missed being on for the "One Year Out" day. I thought of it on October 25th!

I am really looking forward to our trip next week to WDW though. Any other DISsers going to be down there between 11/27 & 12/05?

So, may I have a little “Dust Stuff” for our bride please? Kristin is sooooo sick with the flu right now. Poor kid took her first sick day from work...ever. The owner came in and told her to go home and rest up for the weekend. He’s paying her for Monday and Tuesday and said this weekend is more important than coming in to work. Jesse also got a surprise this morning. His boss gave him a week of paid vacation which he is not entitled to yet as a little gift to him. Sweet huh???

I love pork, some cuts I like even more than beef. I also like lamb. If it is prepared right, it is so tasty. I think I ordered the lamb every chance I got on the Repo.

I like to have applesauce when I have pork chops. I'll take a piece of the pork and scoop it through the applesauce. It is yummy.

The salt of the pork mixed with the sweet of the applesauce is soooooo gooooood.

Bummer we're having ribs tonight. I could have went for a good pork chop. Pork Tenderloin is my favorite though.
