Heather - You got the Black Friday question answered, but I was ready!

3 for us at home. Two inside and one outside on the front porch. I like the one outside because it has those big lights that we used to put on our trees when we were kids and had a real one.

I love the big lights we had as kids. That is what we put on the yard tree now!

Olivia misses him, but her ex-boyfriend bought her a puppy for her birthday, so I am not sure how much she misses him now.

Is he trying to lose the 'ex' part? What kind of puppy? Is she allowed to have a puppy at school? I can't believe a new puppy could replace her old buddy...

I can't even imagine how wonderful that would be. I bet it would beat Hershey, PA. I have heard there is Cadbury chocolate made here, and that the one made there is really much better. Sometimes you can find true English Cadbury here though.

Hershey isn't Cadbury by any stretch, but I think they own the rights to Cadbury here in the States. I know you can buy real Cadbury at England in EPCOT. I asked this question on the SSMC08 thread and was bombarded with places that sell the real stuff. Mary & Annette are experts!

i've been painting today.
downstairs bathroom. i'm using primer to cover the old color.
i just did the edges today. robin hasnt noticed yet but i painted the words
"helter skelter" on the wall behind the door.
i'll cover it up tomorrow.

got a new vanity top and picked out the tile for the bathroom.

Finally caught up!

Campaign over.

He couldn't stay gone!

Is he trying to lose the 'ex' part? What kind of puppy? Is she allowed to have a puppy at school? I can't believe a new puppy could replace her old buddy...

He gave her the puppy then soon after became the ex. The puppy can't live in the dorm, so he was living at the ex's apartment, but the roommates at the apartment complained about Riley's (puppy) whining, so Riley went to live with someone else who has a house. Olivia goes over every morning to take her out, feed her, etc... goes to class, goes back to take her out, goes to cheer practice, goes to take her out, walk her play with her, etc... We like the ex and wish he wasn't ex.

she bought that Wii animal crossing last nite. our DD cassie got it too.
(she lives near dayton)(5 hrs away)
they both hooked them up to the wireless internet or something. it comes with a microphone too, so they've been playing, talking and giggling all day.

Between now and Christmas my only day off is Thanksgiving. Most days are 14-15 hour days.

What's the most lights you've ever put on the tree?

I think we pushed/topped 3,000 once. We've cut back since then.

As for wrapping each branch, my mom use to do that. I remember how crabby she'd get when a set would go out and she had to take them off.

The more lights the better for me! 3,000 is a lot though.
