my parents left for florida(they spend the winters in clearwater) so i was over their place shutting things down, raking leaves etc.

Good evening to this thread. I started reading page one from the first post of messages and realized that page 168 was only up to December of 2007. So I decided that I would just say forget it and start reading here. Well some of you might recognize my screen name. I was originally slated to be on the KK1 cruise, but had to cancel due to us expecting an addition to our family. While, it was a great joy knowing that my wife was expecting it was very sad knowing that I would not be able to go on the cruise, especially with the great group of talkative people that were on here. Not to mention that there are a whole plane load of Wisconsin people. Well my cousin and her boyfriend and two kids and my aunt and uncle and dad did go on the KK1 cruise, but they were not very active on here. However, my cousin ( screen name Goofy4Ever ) will probably be somewhat talkative on here. Her boyfriend thinks it is retarded. Little does he know. My wife on the other hand, expects me to read the whole dang thread, and every one of them. Is this available on audiobook? LOl. I can officially say that I am addicted, as I am doing most of the pre-cruise planning.

We are going to stay at AKV for that Sat, Sun and Mon and then come home on Tues. Stay over there with us.

Kathy & Leisha,

One of the things we're contemplating is AKV after the cruise because it takes fewer points. But we haven't decided on anything yet, not even how we're getting to FL.

Yeah, I have off tomorrow due to the national election, so I plan on using a big chunk of the day to work outside and get as many leaves up as possible. At least all of the ones that are currently on the ground!

It certainly has that foreboding look here doesn't it Kathy. Kind of feels like we are approaching "Worlds End" ala POTC 3. Eeerily, calm, dark, cool....

We haven't made any after plans either. I have a hard time planning that far ahead. We did the hallowwen party the last two years and it's fun. the fire works and the parage are well worth it. We are not going to buy any park tickets this trip, but one night might be fun.

We might go back next month. Rogers brother will be there with his three little girls on their make a wish trip. But his SIL is so high maintenance. But the girls are adorable and it's a true miracle that the one is alive and doing as well as she is.

OK, I'm caught up again at 4:30. This thread fills up so fast - I'm exhausted!!

DH has gone off with eldest son & 2 hockey players for a practice about 45 min. from here. DS was not a happy camper. At least Grampa can keep him company. That leaves me to find something for supper by myself because I'm not cooking the salmon on the grill. Guess that will be tomorrow night's supper.
