Tried to deliver our docs and we were out....got them redirected to work. Hopefully have them in my hand tomorrow, Monday at the latest

I believe that probably had something to do with it. It was working fine when the electric went out, then 5 minutes later when the electric came back on, the computer did not come back on. The tech said it would cost as much to fix this computer as it would cost to by a new one.

Sometimes it is only the powersupply that goes out and it is only about a $35 repair. (Unless it is a laptop) But it sounds like you've already taken it to a repair shop and had it evaluated. that's a bummer! I know that I can barely rest until my computer is repaired! Laura's used to me spending most of the night tinkering with my computer until I get down to the bottom of whatever is causing me problems.

That's what we were hoping for, but the estimate to fix the computer was between $300-$500, looks like Lina might be getting a new computer for her 18th Birthday.
