Great show. He's a monkey today though. He's not kissing any girls this time.

There is a female chimp that seems to be awful fond of him though.

I don't remember a monkey episode. I think I missed a few during the last season or two. I have a few seasons on dvd. I need to put the sets in one place and see which year(s) I don't have!

leaping??? what the heck is going on in that show robins watching??

Okay... general premise: Sam Beckett theorized that time-travel was possible. He made the "Quantum Accelerator" to allow him to travel in time. When he tested it, he ends up not exactly traveling through time, but goes back in time (within his own lifetime) becoming other people... who have problems that need to be fixed. Once they are fixed, he "leaps" out of that person and time into another person/time.

They show him and usually show who he has "leaped" into as an image in the mirror.

Very frequently there is a girl involved and he ends up kissing her...only to be pulled away!

This evening we seemed to be locked out of the house. I decided to try my bank card (I've heard it can be done) and break in. IT WORKED! That's crazy. I've never done it before and I was able to get in in like 5 seconds.

Wow, that IS crazy!!! I watched the news about lock bumping and THAT looked easy too! Good thing we have two LOUD dogs

Scott is watching a show called Wipeout. Scott and Harrison are cracking up with all the people falling off things. I think this might be Harrison's new favorite show.

Kira and I watch that too I laugh my butt off and she laughs at me and then looks at the TV and says "BOOM!"

I didn't even have kids today. Tomorrow is my first day with students. DS started school today with a teacher who will be in the room one week until he gets his real teacher. Our school system has way too many switches!

Not much to report here.

Had Ellis' friend over to play yesterday - geez! - I was exhausted by the time he left.

Today we're just baking and building a lego ship - God help me - its huge - kinda like the one in Castaway Cay

Neil got my dolls house ot of the loft this morning - its 32 years old. It has lights in every room, a balcony, swimming pool etc etc.

Ellis (and I) are having loads of fun playing with it.

I'm about to go on ebay to see if I can pick up any more lighting and furniture as some of it is a bit worse for wear.

Insomnia has hit yet again this week....it's about 4am right now and I can't sleep. I don't sleep well when Pete's travelling - fortunately he doesn't travel that often.

Last night we got our webcam working, and Thomas got to say good night to Daddy on a video call! He thought that was really cool.

Actually, I was in bed early last night and that was after taking a 90 minute nap after work. We have all our clothes out and ready to go, just waiting until Saturday evening to put them in the suitcases.....
