hiya Karen
glad you had a nice day despite the weather.
i am sat next to my radiator with the heating blasting out, its really cold here today.
never been to legoland so the pics will be interesting, did you go into windsor? i love it there.

We too had our fire and central heating on last night - god help us all in Winter:scared1:

We didnt make it to Windsor castle - the rain was too bad:sad2:

I'm asking for a little pixie dust today please if you have any spare. My Dad is going in for surgery. He's already at the hospital now, so by the time you wake up he'll probably be done (hopefully), but a little pixie dust and prayer might help his speedy recovery:goodvibes

many thanks everybody:grouphug:

Good Morning From Port Canaveral, Florida,

I woke up a few minutes ago (4:20am) to the sound of the side thrusters directing the Magic into it’s home port in Florida. In a few hours we will be leaving this MAGICal ship once again, meaning the end of another MAGICal cruise.

This was the first ever 5 day cruise for the Magic, and I Hazel and I were so happy to be a part of it!!!

We have early breakfast at 6:45 this morning, where we can say good-bye to our serving team one last time. It’s the saddest day of the cruise, but like life, all good things must come to an end. At least we know, when we leave this ship this morning, we have another 7 day cruise booked for October 2009!!!

The Magic is scheduled to leave this afternoon for it’s two week dry dock in Norfolk, Virginia, not to far from where I was born.

Well folks, I guess it’s time to get this entry into my blog and pack up the old laptop for this trip. We will be catching a DCL bus for the airport after breakfast for our flight home. It will be nice to arrive back home and see our daughter who we have missed terribly over the past 5 days.

Take Care, and those who will be sailing soon with DCL, I wish you a WONDERful and MAGICal cruise!!!!!

Heres some photos of opur legoland trip.

Please feel free to skip the whole thing if you're sick of seeing my photos:rolleyes1

I'll be praying for him, Karen!

:thumbsup2
Claim Jumper is the restaurant the WI/TX dismeet met last Wednesday nite. We had a great time. Too bad Walt has to go to work or we would ride our Harley to the dismeet. Diane

I got that idea from your post about the WI Dismeet. :thumbsup2

We used to eat at Claim Jumper out west. I don't even know if there is one in Fredericksburg. I do remember that they had great food though. :cool1:

Gee, Legos are a lot bigger in England than they are here...
   :rotfl:

I love Legoland! When we lived in Southern California, we would go down to the one near San Diego. We have more Legos than I care to admit. Including many sets that have never been put together. (It takes that precious commodity that I always seem to be in short supply of...time) Of course, I find time to be on the DIS. Oh well, I guess it all comes down to priorities. :rotfl2:
