We had a closing like that in the Castle Forcourt tonight.
Mal hats to the left of the statue, cowboy hats to the right of the statue.

No one even asked people to wear them, we all just followed suit from the people already lined up next to Walt & Mickey...

Hmm, so it's a goat!?? lol I would not want to end up on the wrong end of that hat. I'll stick to the green hat, cowboy hat, and top hat. I added that hat to the list of hats that I can't quite get go on my head.

Try rolling up newspaper in a cone shape, and you should be able to work with the end some for shape if it is thick enough but not to heavy.

What about using bendable wire -- this way you can shape it however you like. A couple of years ago I made myself little devil horns...It was my last minute idea and so I sewed red felt around pipe cleaners that I shaped like little horns.

Thanks for another great closing everyone. Nice to see all those goats in the lobby. I rather wear the goat hat than the Jafar hat any day.
