10/23/11 - Disney Dream

Cruising is great this is my 1st Disney but 28th over all and love the food and wine festival

I'll try and find the link for all the food and wine available at each country and post it

Oh neat, you will be able to really contrast the various ships to the Dream...

Thats neat what other ships have you been on??? What was the 1st??? Which did you like the best????

Hey that sounds cool, Now at 1st I thought you were looking for Chevy Geos.. but after looking it up it sounds even better. Please explain more about how where and How...

Briefly, geocaching is where someone will hide a "cache" or small box somewhere and post coordinates on where they hid it,,,,sometimes it's a puzzle to find them or tricky or very small. It's always an adventure tho...you put those coordinates into your GPS/iPhone/andriod phone and try to find it, you sign the log at the cache site, it will be in the box with "trade" items, usually trinkets for the kiddos. Then you can go online and talk about your adventure. This is similar to letterboxing in Europe, although they geocache there now as well, it's worldwide....over a million of them are active and more every day. I can't post a link, but you can find it on geocaching.com Sounds like a little bike ride...
Traditional Cache
"King Billys" Disney Cruise Castaway Cay Cache
GCRFBJ

there are some in Nassau as well, so if anyone is interested in an adventure let me know and we'll make the find as a team. :dance3:

Is there any word on the two TBA cabins? What do we do about them? Not that it needs to be noted but on my fish extender info. it just says DH for my husband....I guess I didn't give his name at first. It is Trent. We have late seating and we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. So Excited!!!

I know what you mean! We bit the bullet and booked for March 2013. I'm hopping to reshop on board. It's for our DS's 5th birthday. This week's cruise and the one we'll take in 2013, will probably be our only Disney cruises. I just can't justify those prices beyond these two cruises when there is so much more we can do with our money:guilty:

We're not a rich family and I'm a stay at home mom, so our family only has one income and DH will surely divorce me if I even thought of continuing to spend money like this for vacations:rolleyes1

Wowza! Didn't realize they finally posted 2013. $2500 for two people in the cheapest cabin in October is HUGE! I can usually get us in an inside on just about any other cruiseline for half that:scared1:

I sent 2 PM's and posted several times on here for an update. I received no response so I am scratching them off my list. Obviously I am not telling you what to do but without a room number, I am forced to scratch them off.

Oh, if only my DH would divorce that easily... :lmao:

But I'm with ya-- I have to really watch every penny to save up for vacation. When DH found out how much I spent on the FE gifts, he wasn't happy. So this might be my last FE :confused3 Oh well, its fun!

WoooHoooo Less than a week, i am ready!! Mommyof3boys, I love the FE list. It is perfectly organized.

I Hope everyone has big pockets on their FE!! I think we will need two suitcases for ours!!

I have heard of this it sounds like a blast.. I would love to help you here. Now I will be honest here I am not in the shape like that Indiana Jones rascal. So like if this hiding place is like that "well of souls" place in the movie with all those snakes :scared1:, I do not think We will be climbing in with you.. But will be glad to hold the flashlight and keep an eye on the rope..
.

So like What does one need to bring, Axes, Shark repellent, Machetes for the Jungle???

Can you put us down for a big MAYBE for the Fishlips meet. We get to MCO at 3:00 and are going to get our rental car and drive straight to the port. If we can make it before 5:00 we'll be there. Maybe wishful thinking

I'm getting so excited! This week is going slow and fast at the same time. So many things to do, but I can't wait for vacation!

:cheer2:

I was hoping there'd be more Rangers fans on board! Can't wait to see our boys win it all! I went out late Saturday night and bought the ALCS Champion shirts right after the win. Are you from Texas?

Yes Ma'aM, lived in the DFW area for a bit also and went to a couple of games last year :)
