Hi everyone, I've been lurking on this thread for a week or so and though we are not official yet, I plan on booking this cruise in about 2 weeks. We recently came back from our first cruise of any kind on the Wonder and I fell in love and so did DH. So much so that he's the one who wants me to book this cruise and already has the time off from work. There are only three of us, DH Daniel (46), DD Heather (21 on this cruise) and myself Linda (50-ish) We can't wait to sail on the Dream and plan on doing MNSSHP before the cruise. Hello to all of you!!

On our first cruise last December, there was *no* way I would step off the Wonder without first booking another cruise (or two...)!!

We will board the Dream right after spending about 9 days of running around at WDW (especially the Food&Wine Festival). I am so so excited about that back to back vacation!!

Cast: there will be me and DH. We're both in our late 40s/early 50s, and are huge Disney Fans! We are booked on 10th deck (I think...)

Glad to see that we will be in excellent company!! Can't wait to meet all of you Disers!!

We are confirmed for the 10/23 cruise and are super excited! We were originally planning the 10/20 three day cruise and after discussing, we figured less WDW and more cruise would be the better option for our family. This is our first cruise (ever!) and can't wait!!

We chose this itinerary as our first-ever cruise, too. This will be our 3rd time doing it - we love it that much.

Be sure to read up on the FE (Fish Extender Exchange) and let me know if you're interested in participating. Here's an old post with some info on it

Anyone who wants to participate in the FE, please PM me with the following:

Subject: Dream FE
Disname
Cabin number (or TBA if not yet assigned)
First name, fellow travelers' names and relationship (DH, DD, DS, friend, etc.)
Ages of children (ages of adults are optional)
Anything you are celebrating
Any allergies, esp. food allergies


Be sure you put "Dream" in the subject, so I know you're on this trip and not the WBTA.

I didn't catch it live but was able to watch a tape. Yes, it was cool and can't wait to get on the ship. Doesn't matter where she's sailing, just want to be on her. Thinking of using the Nassau day as a Sea Day and just exploring the ship. Afterall, the ship IS the destination, not the island(s). Can't wait.

I got to watch the live stream - one of the few advantages of unemployment. I doubt we'll get off at Nassau this time. We've pretty much seen what we wanted to there by now. Of course, CC is a must do - DH is even talking cabana at SB. We'll see - he goes back and forth between "we have to economize" and "it's only money."

This will be our third time to Nassau so we will also be treating it as a sea day. We may get off for a second just to snap a picture since it will be our younger daughter's first time there...

We were able to squeeze in a trip in March! So we will be at WDW for a few days after we attend a wedding in New Orleans. Not looking forward to the crowds, since we usually go during the off peak time. But any trip to WDW is better than nothing!!!

In fact, so excited that we decided to add on the 3 night Oct 27th cruise so we have now made it into a back to back cruise. It just looks like there is so much to experience that I think we will want more time!!!!!!!!! Changed my ticker too! woooohooooo

We're on the Oct 27th cruise as well (along with a couple other DISers we sailed with before - I think you sailed with one of them, he just hasn't shown up here yet).

I get so excited when another month drops off our tickers! I keep a countdown Mickey Head on my number line at school. When it drops down a month I make the kiddos do a 'happy dance' with me!

I've been thinking about FE gifts and looking around for vendors. I love having a Disney trip to plan!
