That is so frustrating when you can't get through to a live person.Did you try hitting "0"? That works for some companies.
Let us know what kind of response you get. I'm really surprised that they sent a stained shirt out - guess QC wasn't working that day.![]()
I tried the "0" thing and it was an invalid selection. What really got me was when you went on the website for help and it gave you the option to call and speak to someone (different phone #) and all it did was bounce me around the automated system again.

They did respond to my email and said they are sending a new one and I should have it in a week, so that's good. Hopefully all will be good this time. Just frustrating to not get a "live" person.
