I am just a noob, too, but I can share what I know...
Fish Extenders (FE) are hung outside your stateroom door, and everyone uses them to exchange trinkets. See this post. Let ColoradoDisneyFreaks know if you are interested, she will add you to the list.
The wristbands are so we can see each other coming! Just a way to recognize fellow DIS folks. I think we are going to pay for them when we first meet aboard ship.
Although I often think it means we are in the American League, DH means Dear Husband, Darling Husband, Disney-lovin' Husband, or something like that. There is also DW for Wife, DF is fiance, DB and DG for bride and groom, DS and DD for son and daughter...you get the idea
We are also going to try and reserve the big room in PALO for a dinner or brunch, but we need to have at least 12 on board for that. Let me know if you are interested.
