We may be going to WDW before the cruise again. And we sure have LOTS of questions about the cruise, but I don't want to flood this thread with it I'm still trying to find my way around here and already posted some questions about the Jetski-thingie on CC, which were promptly and sufficiently answered.
What about dining?
We are booked for late dining, but aren't sure yet if that's the right choice for us - Any pros or cons?

We ate late dining on our 1st cruise and for us, after that big meal we were ready for bed, so we misse dout on some evening activities. We prefer early dining even though on shore days you may have to get back to the ship an hour or so earlier.

I'm a late dining person and prefer that to early dining. I don't like to rush around after coming back on ship to go to dinner. We usually have an afternoon snack and a nap. Then after dinner do the late night entertainment. We normally eat around 7:30pm or 8pm at home so it is not much different for us from our normal routine.

DCL has the rotational dining so since you are 2 adults and no children you should get on the rotation with mostly adults. So with both early or late dining there shouldn't be as many children with your rotation. Bette or Kim can correct me but I think most families with smaller children like the early dining.

Please feel free to ask us any questions we have many experienced cruisers in our group.

No snow here, we've got about 40 here right now and may even exceed 50 before the sun sets again - and that at a mile above sea level in November

Gosh it is warmer in CO than the Northeast. Didn't you have a mild winter last year until spring and then had alot of snow?

Welcome to Cruisetoberfest! I tried late dining on my last cruise with my sisters, and enjoyed it. We'd spend longer times at the pool, then go to Diversions (the pub) for some wings and nachos, then go shower and get ready for dinner.

It's actually warmer there than here in NC! 28 degrees this morning. ...bought an electric throw blanket that I keep in the family room. Great purchase

No snow here yet but it's below 0C. Wore my mittens to work this morning. The steering wheel was just too cold.

It's supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow but hopefully it won't as still have to work since our Thanksgiving was in October.

Hope it warms up in Florida over the next week.

Welcome to the cruise! DCL is a great place to cruise! A little snow here in MI and people driving like crazy and getting into accidents! You think they'd never seen the stuff before!

Weather can be weird up here. We have a saying 'If you don't like the weather in Denver, wait five minutes and you'll get something different!'

Still no snow here, it may even get as warm as 50° today

We have a light dusting of snow on the grass. But is cold and windy. Only going into the 30's today.

I checked Orlando weather since Michele is there and it is to be 77. Fiona looks like nice weather in the 10 day forcast.

Galactic Emperor--- I always hated night shift but being a nurse you always rotated shifts so that you were actually on it long enough to get used to it.

So what is it you do at night ?

Why did you choose a Disney Cruise ???? probably the same reason we have been on a handful... with no kids..

Do you know how to check them ?

There is also a List that you can send your info to.. So you may get the list emailed to you so you can get to know your other Cruisers.. I Believe it even has pictures....
who has the List ?? these Days ??

Seems to me like a great bunch too - although lately posting activity seems to have slackened considerably. Is it because you and others switched to another cruise?

I do flight planning. We file flight plans mainly for business and general aviation, but also take care of some airlines and even government/military stuff. And as aircraft fly 24/7 we have to work accordingly.

We love everything Disney and so we decided to give cruising a try.

It snowed again last night, so there's more white than turkey up here. We spent our Thanksgiving in WDW. Had a better time there than here.
