The revised itinerary for their sailing is as follows:

Happy Anniversary AmyM!

Does it feel like fall yet for you all in other parts of the country? We've had some really cool mornings and beautiful days recently.

The sumac along my running route this morning was mostly red. Almost cruise time!

I changed my email address and for some reason it would not let me post. It took me a few days to finally figure it out. DUH!!
5 weeks from tomorrow!!!!!!:cool1:

MBB - Sorry about those Vikes. I have A.D. 28 on my fantasy team. The Steelers looked good all though it was against the Texans. It is just week 1 though. We'll see how they look around week 5 or 6 then we will know for sure. The Vikes have another tough one this week against the Colts My Pa-Inlaw is a big Colts fan.

When I wake up tomorrow mt counter will say 30 days :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

We are leaving on Oct 10th.

We are patiently awaiting our room assignments. We are booked in two 12 GTY cabins. They should be assigned at around 30 days. Anyone else waiting? :hourglass

I can tell you that, while lauraljp is a very honest person, when she said she is waiting "patiently" that is a HUGE lie!;)

Thanks for the sympathy! There are two games I REALLY want the Vikings to win every year; at Green Bay and Green Bay at the Metrodome. We're going to have to play much better next week if we're going to ruin your Pa-In-Law's Sunday!

I am waiting for room assignments too. We have 1 Cat 12. I was wondering when we would see the room assignments, thanks for the info, I was worried we would be sleeping on the decks! :confused3

I will be in Disney World on the 9th, so less than a month for my trip to start! I am can't wait any longer.

So I have a question, what does everyone think are the most important Tips that have heard? I am starting to pack and I have heard so many tips, my head is spinning!

Hi Kimiza, I quess the most important tip is to have fun, and go with the flow.
What kind of tips were you looking for?

My wife and I arrive on the 7th. we will be at Epcot on the 9th. and Magic Kingdom on the 10th. maybe we can meet up to say hi?

YIKES:confused: Just checked my reservation online and noticed our itinerary has changed!!! Monday is Day at Sea, Tuesday - Nassau, and Wednesday - Castaway Cay. I have Comfort Suites booked for Atlantis on Monday per the original itinerary. I'm sooo glad I saw that so I have time to change. I also noticed ALL of my bookings have changed to correlate with the port day they were scheduled for....i.e. My Palo brunch moved to Monday, Palo Dinner to Nassau Day. Hope this doesn't affect anyone too much, but wanted to give you the heads up.

Amy thanks for the update, I was hoping to have the "day at sea" our last day so I could veg on deck with a few cocktails but it looks like I'll have to do it on the beach of Serenity Bay.......lifes tough!

Hello shipmates, looks like NASA has made another move for the Shuttle launch, it's not on the 8th. as I said before but will now be on the 10th. at 12:33 AM still a night shot......should be fun to watch can't wait!

I guess I was looking for tips like to bring a power strip (which I have to bring because there will be 3 of us girls) Some people said when you first get on ship you should go to one restaurant over another.. i can't remember now.

When do they usually start boarding? I am having a limo take us to port as a surprise to my mom and daughter, but they were going to pick us up from Caribbean Beach Resort at like 11:30, but all the trip reports I read they get there by 10am. :confused3

It is so funny because I wrote up a quick itinerary for the trip, mostly so we have the reservation numbers for what we are doing in Disney World, the MNMNSHP, ADR's, etc... but when I got to the cruise part I only had parasailing down. It is going to be the perfect vacation, going non stop in Disney World, then just relaxing on the cruise. It can't get any better then that!

Well if i didn't have to go back to work after would be perfect, but unless I win the lotto... :rotfl2:

We will be able to see the shuttle launch from Disney? Does it go over the parks on its way up?

I remember back a few years ago, we saw a launch. We were renting a house in Kissimmee, FL and even though it was far away we could definately tell it was a launch. :wizard: Don't think we will be able to see if as clear as being closer to launch. Still, I will be looking skyward!

I still haven't packed anything.:laundy: DS is 27 and he is making all the plans, including beautiful magnets for our cabin door. So talented! He designed them from scratch. That's why DH and I paid the big bucks for schooling.:teacher: :teacher:

We are doing the scary halloween party at MK on the 9th. :wave2: (day we fly in)
We've been to DW too many times to count and in the past few years we have been going in the spring and again in the fall. Must say we know just what we want to see and do at DW. Never have been to MKSHP though. New experience! :yay: Never been on any cruise, so excited! I really need to start getting things together.pirate: :beach:

Have a good day:tinker:

Kimiza--

We received our room assignments yesterday. We were given two category 11 cabins on deck 5. I am happy that they are right next to each other. I was worried about being separated since we booked GTY for both cabins. We were on deck 5 before and really liked it. It is close to the theater and clubs. Keep checking the DCL website. Yours may be posted now. Good Luck!!

Thanks Lauraljp

Well we were put down on deck 1 category 10 room. Room 1067. It looks like the room is nice, but getting to it can be a pain. So we will see how much it bothers me. But at least we got our number!

It is getting closer, I can almost smell the ocean!

When out yesterday and bought 2 disposable cameras for my daughter 1 for Disney World, 1 for Disney Cruise. Then i also got a disposable waterproof. Picked up the pillow case and colorful sharpie markers! And the list gets longer.

Hey, we're on deck 5 too - I can't wait! We have a navigator verandah room. I was a little worried about being so close to the theater, but who plans to sleep? LOL

4 weeks to GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!:)
MBB - Good Luck today!! Hope your boy has a good day for you and me.
A little picture to get us excited!!!!!!!!:woohoo:
