Jade....first of all no need for a car rental with disney transfers....I'm sure you were quoted them with the price.......second....or in my opinion first,..........DONT STAY AT THE DOLPHIN OR SWAN WITH A LAND AND SEA PACKAGE!!!!!!!! They are now WDW resorts!!! You will have to re-check in at port or resort. If you stay at a WDW resort your KTTW card works both rooms....ship and hotel. Much more convenient.
You didn't say what cat. you booked. I'm assuming 7 or better due to the resort linked to the booking. Consider 2 rooms on the ship one cat. 6,7,8 or whatever and one 11 (inside stateroom. It will probably be less expensive that at cat. that holds 5. Myself and DD book a 6 and an 11 for the 4 of us and WE LOVE IT!!!!

One more thing.... go to www.disney.com go to destinations and book a cruise. You can get cat. prices for different times of the year. JMHO.....book 3 nights at WDW Thanksgiving thru Sat. Take the Eastern with 2 staterooms....I'll bet you are less than 7000.00 including transfers and airfare.

Doing the air on your own will definitely save you money over adding it to your Disney Cruise package. Also, if you can do the land part on your own, and maybe do 2 or 3 days at the park, there are tons of activities to do at the Disney hotels that many kids find almost as enjoyable as the parks. It will also give you the needed extra relaxation between cruise and parks. Try looking into a Disney Value Resort, such as All Star Sports or All Star Music. Our room for a family of 3 is $59/night in early February. Good luck. I think you will be able to have a fabulous trip for much less than you are thinking right now.
