I believe either La Crosse county or the state of WI is home to the fattest catholics in the nation. They need their exercise.

I apologize if my comment might have offended anyone, although I don't think people get too easily offended around here. Please understand I went to a Catholic school for 7 years. I also faced a lot of opposition when the amendment was on the ballot and it should come as no surprise that it was the Catholic church, bishops, priests, and followers leading the charge.

I personally do not understand how you can follow an organized religion that tells you you're going to hell because of the gender you love. Although there are some churches who are open to gay couples, it is not the official church teaching and I do not believe in picking and choosing beliefs out of a religion. I had enough of the cafeteria experience in high school...btw they had popcorn...here ya go mike
