About this time next week we will be going through security at our airport. I can't believe how close it's getting. I am thrilled to be going and celebrating my 20 year wedding anniversary and my grandson's first trip.

we are leaving on friday 12/11 - just booked it a couple of hours ago we are only going for 4 days but i need some "magic" right now

I have been looking at the weather site and see we will fairly lucky with our weather while there. I have been planning for for rain and colder weather but see we only have a couple chances of scattered thunder storms. The temps will be in the high 70s low 80s the whole time during the day. So I have to say I feel like some pixie dust is raining upon us I have even been checking the weather in Denver as we have a small layover there and I know they can get snowed in but the days I will be going through are not snow days as of yet.
I just can't believe how close it is to getting to my happy place, celebrating my 20 year anniversary and Tristen's first trip and hair cut.

Actually I am feeling a little sad as I will be just getting back home this time next week.
