1 time use only pnts

besides the 24 pts i can buy from dvc, is there any other way to get 1 time extra pts without renting? i need bw 10-34 and having a hard time finding anyone willing to transfer bc of the small amt. thnx!

Get a room for cash for 1 night (or how ever many) either through member services or CRO. I used to get a weekend night on cash at OKW to add to my points reservation to stretch my points. When I did it through member services, they linked it.

Or rent a night through someone (rather than a transfer).

thnx but i cant imagine how much a 2 bdr villa at bcv would cost. if i was to do this, how far out can I book it? 7 mos as well? if we rent pts what are the chances of the same room? plus the dining plan...

I would tend to continue looking for as small as possible transfer in to your membership, and bank whatever points of yours or the transferred points you don't need. Realistically you can transfer in 3 points (assume $10 per point) for 2 onetime use points ($15 each) from DVC. I would suspect you could find a member willing to transfer ~50-60 points. Good luck with whatever you do.
