1 PS, separate bills

We will be dining with several families, who are really weird about getting everything on their own bill. Is there a problem with getting separate checks, even though we are on one PS.

I don't really have a specific restaraunt in mind, just in general.

actually, I'd be interested in this as well. While I can calculate with the best of them ,it would be more convenient if we could get things separated ahead of time.

Disney is very good about this - just tell your server when you are seated.

we had no problems doing this, there were 3 families total. Just say something before you place your order.

We do this everytime we vacation with my parents. I'd be happy to pick up the whole tab, but Dad insists that he and Mom pay their own way. After we are seaqted and before the drink orders are placed we let the waitperson know that we want separate checks and who goes on each bill. We have never had a problem, and everyone feels more comfortable with the arrangements.
