1 night, should I go with good rate @ CBR or CSR or neither?

So, we have decided to do a last minute trip to see Wishes on 4/18. Yup, it's crazy, but we had Southwest points and my dh has a coworker who won 2 one day passes to the park which they haven't activated and is selling to us at a discount. So, seemed like a sign to go!
Since it's last minute resort prices are fairly high, but after doing some searching on these boards, I think I can get CBR or CSR for $114 for the night on Priceline. I am aware of the construction, but want to know if any of you recommend one over the other or not at all. It's only 1 night, so we just want to be able to sleep in a bit in the morning-so construction noise would be the only concern.
The next cheapest resort would be an All Star for $179 total.

I may have answered my own question. With a bit more research I believe CBR has not begun construction yet, and will start at the end of this month, so seems like that is the better choice. Still welcome advice, though, especially since these boards have never steered me wrong!
