1 Night early April $430 best price? And $250 tix?

just making sure....

i finally want to add Universal to our Disney trip...

we are family of 5...

cheapest I can get is Royal Pacific to get the express pass deal and wizard hour early....

we are staying at bonnet creek for 6 nights before for $800 total...so it's a little painful...but it's spring break so figured it would be crowded...

I found out I can check in early and leave bags to take advantage of the 2 day parks.

I have AAA but don't find discount on hotel or tickets. Undercover tourist has a 3 day for 2 day ticket but can't afford another $400+ night. ha. So thinking 2 day park to park @ $250 each is best.

Our kids are teens [1 will be 18 ! at time...time flies]

Any options I might be missing? Thanks for help....

What night would you be planning on staying? Check what the Annual Passholder Rate is for that night. It could be considerably cheaper.

Thenbuy one of your park tickets as an Annual pass, and book the room with an APH rate for the night.

Thanks...I looked and seasonal APH is $284 which is not much more...my dates are not blacked out in April....and the hotel is only $279...wow! So I just buy the APH and then I can book the hotel? Thanks for the great tip!

Yup. You just need to show your Annual Pass sometime during your stay to maintain the rate.

Technically yes. You can book using code APH without an Annual Pass in hand. You just need to show them your annual pass on site at the hotel, otherwise they will add the extra room price on top of the APH rate if you do not prove you have an AP.

You can just upgrade your ticket or buy a pass while you are at the parks if they want to see your annual pass. You just need to show it before you check out....if they even ask for it. You can do both of those things at the ticket counter at the hotel.

Buy the 2+1 UT ticket then upgrade in the park after you use the ticket. It cost me $10 to upgrade my UT ticket to the seasonal pass.

Sorry to hijack, so if we have park to park tickets that we bought using Tickets at Work (which is buy 2 days get 2 free), we can upgrade one of those to a Seasonal Pass in the park for a smaller price difference? How do we know the price difference.

You can upgrade at guest services
They won't be able to tell you the difference you pay until they process the upgrade

Tickets would be scanned to show the price of them

Not sure the UO policy is for redeeming free days on the - tickets at work
