1 Day in Feb AK No Early Entry, TP Crowd Level 5 - Thoughts? Advice?

I'm planning a trip to Universal the first week of February. We've had AP there for years, so I know we don't need a full week. I was thinking we might do one day at AK to break the trip up. Monday and Friday the crowd level is at 6 and Tuesday through Thursday 5. Not sure how much of a difference that makes if any.

I know we want to do Everest, Dinosaur, Na'vi River, the Safari, and to watch the Lion King show. I don't care about FOP. We might do the bird show and the drawing class if they fit in. Mainly just want to treat AK like a glorified zoo and have a relaxing time enjoying the animals and eating African /Asian inspired foods. We don't want to rush around. We would stay the whole day. Although, hours are short for Feb. Probably head to Disney Springs for dinner.

I can't decide what would be best to do first. Will Na'vi already have a long line by regular opening as everyone who rushed FOP does it next? Could it be done towards the end of day? Same with Safari?

My initial thought was Dinosaur first, then single ride Everest. Save Safari and Na'vi for afternoon, but not sure if that's best. Will Dinosaur already have a long line by regular opening? I've always stayed on property, so this will be my first non-early entry trip, and I'm not sure how to factor that in. I want to avoid waits as much as possible. If we need to buy Genie + to do that fine, but I wasn't sure it was really needed with so few rides.

The other option instead of AK would be to do MK which is listed as a 2 on Wednesday. I'm not sure the last time I remember seeing a 2, but the person I'm going with isn't a huge MK fan, so while I would love it, I'm not sure that's an option for us. Plus, that kind of sounds exhausting. We aren't really looking for a full on Dinsey trip here. AK seemed doable as a mostly laid back zoo experience. I know MK would be intense in comparison. Universal has spoiled us.

Other thoughts were an after hours event (assuming they aren't all sold out), a day at SW, or just a non-park day somewhere in the area, but I haven't been to Disney in so long that it sounded like fun to go for the day. AK seemed the least stressful. Plus, a one day AK ticket is the least expensive option.

Any thoughts? Advice? Pointers for someone who hasn't been since before the pandemic?

Thanks

Navi should still be OK (5-15 min) if you are arriving for Regular Entry and skipping FOP. Everest will have low wait times until around 10AM and Dinosaur til 11AM. Safari wait times vary but usually drop off later in the day. Just watch the closing time for Safari which is BEFORE park closing!
