The fates have smiled and are returning me to my castle on the 27th for one day. We have PtoP tickets. With IoA being the EE park for that day and the HP attractions being our focus for the day....what would the veterans recommend as our plan of attack?

It is going to be crazy busy at the HP areas on the 27th. I would imagine on the 27th that the Studios will have early admission since that seems to be the park for peak times. Line up at least 45 minutes to the non-EA park and go right to the main ride. Do Ollivanders at Universal since there are multiple show rooms.

Are you staying on-site? If so, @damo, wouldn't OP start at the EE park? My tidbit of advice is not to expect to jump to the other park right when the HE starts--there will be a massive line. Give it time for the initial wave to get through.

Agreed. I just assumed they were not staying on site since they are only there for one day.

We are not staying on-site. We will be driving in from about an hour away, planning to arrive for valet parking at least 45 minutes prior to opening. Our son is just coming off a football season injury (two breaks and a shifted growth plate) so we're limiting the day to the HP areas only. The hope is that we'll be able to do both areas within the day. We're giving ourselves from open to close so we'll see.
