1 Day Hopper tickets on Ebay

How does everyone get these 1 day park hopper comp tickets on ebay, it seems like disney gives them out like candy, but I cant figure out how. anyone with advice?

I know Disney gives x number of comp tickets per year to their employees. This may be where the ones on eBay are coming from.

I received 5 one-day hoppers when I checked out of my hotel last year and complained about my horrible experience. They're not upgradable and in the end saves me a whopping $60 to use them when I go next.

Or it could be people like me who have 1-day hoppers (that are upgradable) coming out of my ears. We have gone for free dining a bunch of times, and did not need package tickets. We also did the gift card deal one time, when we just wanted a hotel room in FL even with buying the 1 day tickets it ended up being like $30 a night.

Needless to say I think we have 8 or 10 one day base tickets, which we will eventually use. Typically we just use a 10 day no expiration that gets us 3-4 trips, we really like the hard ticketed night events.
