1 day for Magic Kingdom and Epcot?

This is very doable since it doesn't sound like you intend to try and get in a lot of rides at MK. We can usually get in at least 4-5 rides in the morning at MK before using our park hopper to get over to Epcot. Get to MK for rope drop bc there is nothing like starting your day with the music and crew at MK, go do your favorites in MK and then hop the monorail to Epcot. I was so mad at myself for not going to World Showcase on our first trip (my DD was 3 and I listened to advice that said she wouldn't enjoy it…wrong!) and it is now one of our favorite places to spend time. Go hungry, though, bc there are lots of good places to grab something to eat!
