1 day at AKL worth it

We are going this Dec. for MVMCP. We are staying at the ASMov.

Is it worth spending one night at AKL. Any suggestions?

there, don't miss the opportunity. If you are only going to arrive to sleep there and leave, no, I would not stay the night at that price. Just visit while you are already there. It is a 5 minute hop from AK to the Lodge to explore. I would suggest doing AK, hop over to the resort to explore while there is still daylight, then dinner at one of their restaurants. It is a must see and stay if you can.

In my opinion, if you're going to be checking in late at night and leaving in the morning, no, it wouldn't be worth the cost. But, if you can check in by, say, mid-afternoon at the latest, then just to have a look at it and experience the animal viewing areas and theming and everything it would probably be worth one night.
