I have a reservation for a standard 1 BR Villa at the Boardwalk for December 26-29. 96 points are required which I am renting for $12 per point, bringing the total to $1152. The reservation is now for a standard 1 bedroom 12/27-31. It is 32 points per night. My terms are as follows: $12 per point, 1/2 to be paid now and the remainder by 11/1 or $11.50 per point paid all now. Through Disney, a reservation for a 1BR at the Boardwalk Villas would be $635.55 per night. References are available.
