1 Bedroom sleeps 5 ?

Hello, I'm waiting on closing and looking forward to next year. I'm shooting for the last week of AUG. There are five of us (DW& me and 3 kids). Do any of the 1 bedrooms sleep 5? The oldest boy will be 18 yr old by then, so there will be 3 adults and 2 children (9 & 13). I saw that AKV can sleep five above the value level rooms. Is this true? How do we handle the 3 adult situation (additional fee) or doesn't this matter with DVC?

An AKV 1 bedroom will sleep 5. There is a bed in the master bedroom, a pull out sofa and a pull out chair in the living room.

First of all, with DVC, a particular room has a certain points cost. You don't have the "more than two adults in a room" issue that you have in the regular Disney hotels.

Yes, some of the AKV 1 bedrooms are designed to hold 5, but for several years DVC MS has been permitting 5 in a one bedroom at any DVC resort. DVC will not, however, provide linens for the fifth person.
