1 bedroom at bay lake compared to 2 bedroom ccv

Hi, we’ve stayed at 1 bedroom at bay lake several times. Never stayed at ccv. I know square feet wise ccv 2 bedroom is larger, but looking on line the living area looks smaller than the 1 bedroom at bay lake. Can someone who has stayed at both compare the size?

The galley kitchen at CCV that opens right up into the living room/dining room without a break makes it look long and narrow.
