Yay for luggage!!

I'm just picturing the two of you. Sitting in the same room, each with a laptop, typing away and reading each other's reports, not talking, communicating through the DIS!!

Wigd - thought you'd get a kick out of what I bought today for a friend - a Vera Bradley journal in cupcake pink! She's moving to London for a few years so I thought it would be a good gift. That pattern is so cute!

I just got the mailbag yesterday in Cupcake pink! Perfect gift for your friend! That print is adorable! What a sweetie you are.

If Jill hadn't come up with the surprise Mother's Day trip, I'd be bawling my eyes out right now at your luggage news, as mine would be sitting idle for quite some time yet. Now, I have the fortitude to make it through and be elated for you and tinkgurl, as well as get through Trent's leaving. Amazing what one long weekend/short trip can do to soothe the savage Disney beast.


Hope all of your 3rd graders passed the test. I've had 3rd and 4th grade teachers coming up to me all week and telling me I was so lucky to have moved down, begging me to come back up, harrassing me because I can smile at this time of year and they can't, etc. I know TCAP is supposed to be moving down to second soon, but while I have the break, I am certainly enjoying it.

Is Baylor still cool with being at home while you guys take this trip, or is he starting to show signs of wanting to go? He's probably got baseball practices and games to keep him busy, though, right?

I did some trial runs of outfits last night that included that mailbag in the cupcake pink, it's just pretty darn cute! You DO need one Jackie!

I'm so glad that you have your Mother's Day trip to look forward to! I would hate to think that our Spring Break trip is causing you to shed tears....
I have tried and tried to talk you into joining us for part or all of our stay!!!

He has only asked us to check in with him daily to let him know what we are doing, not once has he said that he wished he were going....
He plays rec ball because of our summer trips, so no, practice hasn't started yet.

You were way past kind with your offers, but the timing wasn't working for us. It will be great to follow you on your March trip, be there on Mother's Day, and still have our big Fourth of July evening yet to come!
