After all these discussions, I got worried about my ressie. I called up and politely explained my situation and wondered if I have a pin attached to my account. The CM put me on hold for 15 minutes while she researched. She got back online now and then to let me know that she has not forgotten about me.
This is what happened -
The Z code I used is a PIN-only code. They cannot find any PIN associated with my account. But, since I have upgraded and paid in full, they will honor it. But if I change my reservation in any way, it will revert back to rack pricing. She suggested nicely that I do not change my reservation in any way.
I can sleep better now, I hope.
