We are looking at joining this cruise. We were booked on the Magic in Venice, but my daughter was just hired by DCL for the Fantasy . As soon as we know details, I will change our cruise.

My wife, three year old daughter and I will be joining you on this mystical journey next month. I see you people use some sort of clever code for this that I'm still trying to crack. Would I say that my DW, DD and I are cruising together? Someone help a n00b out.

Whatever the case may be, this will be our third Disney cruise, first on the Fantasy. We've enjoyed our last two cruises on the Dream and the Magic, both awesome. We'll be celebrating because this is our third Disney cruise, the end of the month of January, and an opportunity to meet all of you.

So this is our first cruise as well -- we just surprised our four kids -- ages 10, 9, 7, and 5 for Christmas. We well we are already behind since we booked the cruise last minute -- just a week before Christmas.

So we are going through and pulling some of the magnet templates, but are also trying to find some other guests to do the fish extenders with. Unfortunately, we have not been accepted to the Facebook page yet. Is anyone willing to do the fish extenders with us? Our kids like to trade pins, so we will be buying some in bulk on ebay.

What else are we missing besides the magnets, fish extenders, pins and of course autograph books?

to those joining us! Sometimes it can take awhile to be added to the Facebook group, as I am not sure how often the administrator logs on. It is best to send a private message to her with your real/Facebook name, but since you need to have at least ten posts here to do that and all of you just now joined and only have one post each, you may need to wait it out or post your info here on this thread. Due to a fake cruiser/spammer not long ago, I'm sure the admin wants to be careful whom she's approving.

I just found this group last night while searching for "Disney Cruise Tips" online! This is our 2nd Disney Cruise...we went Jan 2013 on the Disney Dream to Bahamas. Loved it so much we decided to do the 7-night this year!
I hadn't heard about this door things, etc. but would love to do this. I also requested to join the FB group last night.
Me, my husband and our daughters ages 8 (turning 9 the week of the cruise!) and 11 years old will be on the cruise!
We are from the Seattle area. Looking forward to sunshine!

Since some here may not be on Facebook, I am posting this here also. These are a couple of onboard meet-ups for adults without children or those who may want to get away from them for awhile.

DAY: Saturday (embarkation day)
TIME: 10:00pm (or immediately after 2nd seating dinner)
LOCATION: La Piazza
DETAILS: Brief meet to see who's who. (Margaritas anyone?)

DAY: Monday (a day at sea)
TIME: 3:00 pm
LOCATION: Cove Café
DETAILS: Coffee and chat? Tea & chat? (sweet snacks available)

NOTE: For anyone who doesn't know, the drinks are not free but the snacks are.

Sorry, I don't. We got a pair of tickets to Frozen from Adventures by Disney and went yesterday. It was lovely and I would watch it again. It certainly isn't a Lion King but more on the level of Tangle. If you see it, stay for the credits and see the closing bit. The mickey pre-cartoon is great.

Hello All! My DH, DD (3 years), and I are joining you all on this amazing 7 night cruise! It's our first cruise and we can't get enough tips and tricks! We are from southern WI and can't wait for some sunshine and warm weather My DH and I put in for the fb group, just waiting to be accepted!

We are supposed to be leaving today on the fantasy but we are all sick, so we rescheduled for next week. Please please someone be kind enough to let me in the fish extender! I spent sooo much time and money and I dont want to disappoint my kids! Please!

Oh my goodness! That is my biggest fear!
I just read this to my kiddos and they said "mom! We have to get them something! We have extra! ". Bring your FishExtender! We will help you get goodies in it!
