My family is excited about our 1st Disney cruise. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. We will be traveling with a 6 year old and a 7 month old.
For all the first time cruisers go the the Disboards "helpful hints" in the cruise line forum. There are alot of helpful suggestions.

Welcome Everyone Cruising on either leg of the Dream Bahamas B2B January 23-30 or BOTH!!! I have created a facebook group for all who would like to join and get to know each other, create FE exchange groups, and otherwise join the party before the party! We are only on the second half (1/26-1/30), but I saw this post and requested to be added to the FB group. We'd like to participate in FE group if that's listed there. Did you decide not to open a thread on the board for the 1/26 one? Seems like a lot of folks are on both.

Usually there are about 200 people per cruise that go B2B on these 3-day and 4-day cruises. This will be our families first B2B. I know one fellow cruiser that is the only way they cruise. I don't know why but we should out in about 65 days.

200 on average; wow. I had no idea. What is the advantage of doing that vs. going on a longer cruise? Is it that you get to go to Castaway Cay twice? I can understand that being an advantage.
Hey there y'all,
We live in Sarasota Florida. Being an hour away from WDW we are there every other weekend. We are DVC and our base is BLT. This is our 2nd DCL cruise but we also love celebrity and NCL. We will pass on the fun of the FE this time, maybe next time. We work a lot and just planning on relaxing this cruise. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Is anyone planning a meet & greet? Brian
I have just booked this cruise! Our first cruise ever! Me, my husband, and our 2 year old daughter. We have a private verandah room. I am so excited but scared I am not going to remember everything I need to get done or that I'll forget something?

The teens loved their Dream Cruise christmas present! I think they are already packed and ready...ha! Also, booked Palo with no problems...plenty of available tables.
