Opposite from Kelli- Not from Cape Cod but I live here now and love it! I'm a single mom of 3 boys-my middle one has Autism. So, I have to plan everything down to the last detail so I can then prepare him for what's coming next.

Right now, I'm working on the Stingray excursion with pretending to snorkel and petting a stuffed Stingray. -Not going so well. He keeps dropping the Stingray and saying, 'Ahhhhhh! Monster!!'

I've read that some people checked in around ten-ish in the morning at the Port. But I can't remember when you could make Palo reservations. Seems to me it wasn't until later in the afternoon--2 or 3. I returned my passporter to the Library. Does anyone else have one they can look it up?

Hi Sue,

I believe you can make the Palo reservations at 1:00. Your boys are the same ages as my boys right?? (8, 6, 4)

I am keeping my 8 year old in the club with his brothers. He will have just turned 8 in December and is in 2nd grade so I figured that's the better placement for him anyways.

My guys run a little older- 10 (Dec.) , 8 and 6.


My DS 8 will hopefully stay with his older brother in the lab. They may want to put him back in the club because of his Autism, but I think he would enjoy the computer programs and less group-ish activities of the Lab. He's in 3rd grade, but only because we want to keep him with the same group of kids who've known him since they were all in pre-school. They are so great with him-get right in his face to talk to him and are always trying to get him to participate-invite him to their B-days. They are def. a large part of his successes!

So Palo was 1:00 huh. I was way more concerned with booking that massage then booking a table for one at Palo's. I ended up getting both, though.

Hi all this is our very first cruise am glad that I found this thread will kinda make it enjoyable to read the posts untill the big day (thanks for the directions kelli). Have had people ask us why we took our first cruise on disney with all the kids that are going to be there...........well we trust disney and we enjoy watching kids...more enjoyable when there not ours.... . well have all kinds of questions but will keep reading the post to see if I can get some answered first see you all real soon.

but whos knows this is disney and it will be the first time we have ever done anything disney related by ourselves so maybe we will be having grandchildren withdrawls
