We always take the bus at all times of the day. Never had any problems. We love rope drop and like to get there at least 30 minutes early for the welcome show at MK. They let everyone in right after that. We have never had any problems using the buses early in the morning and always get there with plenty of time, even staying at POR with multiple stops around the resort. We love being dropped off close to the entrance, rather than having to park and catch the ferry or monorail.. but that's just us.
