How was Princess on Ice? Glad to hear Dragon Tales was Fun for the family!

So the Stingrays also have a requirement? Alrighty then…lol. No big deal! I want Sierra to stay young forever!

Laura not sure if you know or not but you can print your boarding pass out at 12:00 midnight for Southwest. This way you can arrive at the airport a little later by not having to be concerned about the lines since you are already have your boarding pass. Also you have a better chance of being allowed on the plane first and can choose the exit row seats…more room!

I also fessed up to DH tonight... he had a couple of beers in him from watching football, and I showed him what DCL hands out (photos of the red bandana on people NOT in costume) and I told him some of you are wearing BUCS shirts, and some others were dressing in full costume, but other than that, I couldnt gareentee that anyone else will be in costume. He was fine with it... He said the kids will dig it and he cant complain since he is wear sweats and a t-shirt. (I said would you rather wear a dress shirt and tie... he said NO WAY! lol) I said the staff will fuss about and it should be worth it for the extra attention.... (I hope... lol) but most of all... the kids are going to think we are soooooooooo cool. And I know they are growing up very fast and the times of them thinking we are cool are drawing to a close.

Boy I am rambling on and on.. Im sorry. But I cant tell the kids... and none of my friends want to hear that we are going on another vacation.... ya know?

Great news on hubby being Johnny Depp for the night! Troy is more into it since he seen Little Sierra in her costume and she asked Papa where his costume was. I promise I did not put her up to it! lol

I can totally relate to sharing the excitement on the board Laura...that's what the board is for...and so glad others share the same excitement. I have learned so much for everybody! In which is making the cruise a happier experience, for not only myself but, for Sierra!

You will not find out about dinner rotations until you get your KTTW card... it will be printed on there... some kinda code. Like F2 APL means early seating but the 2nd time slot (545,600,615, so F2 would be 6pm) APL is which restruant in what order. Once your on board you can see if you can switch to early seating.... maybe even link with us??? LOL

As for Princess's on Ice.... we never made it. I went to the wrong place! I swore it was at the United center, where we always see the shows (but just now as I type this I rembember not being able to book it at the UC becasue we would be on our cruise lol) So I booked it at the Allstate Arena... we show up to the wrong theather and I notice that NO ONE ELSE is around... LOL

Soooo we went to the mall and shopped. LOL I bought a couple of bras (woo hoo) and we hit Sears and bought them new dresses (for the cruise hee hee) and the DIsney store for new princess t-shirts. I also found matching shirts which I posted about above somewhere... that I will do some design on the back. ANd finally headed to Build a Bear. Needless to say an expensive weekend for us! I told them under no circumstances are we going to do anything next week... And of course.. Miss Madeline on over load from the day told me tonight I was a mean mom becasue I wouldnt let her eat some junk food. lol If she only knew the fink! lol

Tonight I am printing out a zillion door signs.... I had printed out some last night and tonight DH noticed I speeled something wrong... which I always do, and the program I am using doesnt have spell check. LOL SOooooo fixed it, he checked the others and I am a printing QUEEN tonight!

If you have extra magnets bring them. I have some... but I have two doors to plaster with pixie dust, and I dont know if I will have enough extras to hang all the signs I am printing out for everyone! LOL

We are so super charged to go. Kim will be packing the kids tonight. Greg wanted to know if how many toys could he take so he would have something to do on the boat. He will be surprised when he gets there and finds out he will be busy, busy.

I hope you have enough time on board to rest! After preparing for this cruise, sick babies, hardly any sleep...you are set to go on another cruise. You must pop vitamins like mad! lol

I have magnets on my list…with a few other little items. I will beat Office depot tomorrow so I will pick them up then. I appreciate you printing the sign for Sierra! We made a few while using our creative minds! lol

I am babysitting sweet Natalie this morning as her mom registers for the winter classes! I am so glad she has decided to return back to school so soon!

As far as linking our dinners seating, do we speak to the Matre’ D at the dining room location? I think that would definitely be a lot of fun! Then Sierra would have a friend.

Sorry you missed Princess on Ice…but maybe it was a sign to not be in the cold???? They will enjoy a lot of shows in 3 days!

BTW it hit me last night... My email the other day, about my DH being really mad at me... him being mad at me consists of him rolling his eyes once. LOL And when I said he would kill me, I mearly meant an evil glance as we enter the dining room to find no one else is dressed up. But he is a good sport. He really is. (BTW any football nuts out there?)

And I dont really stalk.... it just comes off that way.

As for the other boards, we have a troll or rather a pesky insect, on the Freedom board which is ruining the morale! No big deal to me though as I am going to have fun and a good time with my family either way! People shouldn't sweat the small things! Life is too short! Enough of that! This truly is the best of the boards for me!

Laura your DH seems to like joining in on the fun for his children which is an awesome quality!

I am not a football fan as I once was...and Troy's sport is boxing.

I will be at the stores tomorrow and will have to make a command decision on the pirate attire for Troy and I! Still no response from Buy Costume…in fact I am going to place a call in a few.

Ok... I have a 2 and a 2:15 appt for Abigail and Charlie. I told them I wouldnt be calling except for the fact that we are flying and cruising later this week. They were cool about it...

I will request a strep test (I do NOT think they have it, just want to be extra careful... ya know)

I also plan on bringing a Medical request form in case the doc gives them some antiboitics...

Gosh.... the mom in me knows there is nothing really wrong with them, but the whole sick kids/vacation combo SUCKS!!!

AND I know what the doc will say... well they dont have an ear infection now, but that doesnt mean tomorrow they wont. So true.

The upside... Abigail is home from school today, so less running around for me and laundry and packing are going well.

Just got back from the doctors. They both have colds. lol I wrote a note letting them know about the SURPRISE cruise and How normally I wouldnt have brought them in at all, but with flying and cruising...

So rest, fluids, meds for the symptoms and we should be good to go. I will dose them up before the flight to help with ear pressure... and bring lots of lolipops to help with the ear popping...

I am pumping vitamins and rest.... what else can I do. I prolly should up my vitamin C... LOL

Wonder Dining Rotations

Just got back from the 8/28 4-night cruise. On your KTTW card (key to the world card) that you get at check-in, you will see your dining room rotation and also your seating and your staggered time. We were "F2-APPT-Table 32". This means first seating, 6:00.

The dining rotations looked like this:

1st Seating:
5:45 - Tritons
6:00 - Animator's Palate
6:15 - Parrot Cay

2nd Seating:
8:00 - Tritons
8:15 - Animator's Palate
8:30 - Parrot Cay

I thought I would copy and paste the post where I got the dining code from.

The consensus on the boards is little kids dine the TAP rotation, middle kids the APT rotation and adults do the PTA rotation. I am hoping for the APT rotation so we can be in Parrot Cay on Pirate night... and wil try to change to that on board if we dont get it.
